Boy, have I read some dumb ass posts and comments in the last 2 days. LMAO

Anyway, here's my 2 Canadian cents:

- I believe this is another side project. A lot of people ask why a huge band like GD would release free songs like this. My answer to that is, if I had been in a band for nearly 20 years playing a particular genre, I would probably want to experiment and do something different on the side. I would do it for fun, especially if I were in Green Day and I had the money and resources to begin with and I didn't need to make any additional money on it. I would totally get a kick out of secretly releasing albums under different names and dropping hints and clues so my fans would pick up on them and buzz about it. For the most part we all enjoy The Network and now Foxboro Hot Tubs, and we love the conspiracy aspect of it. I think Green Day are creative geniuses who enjoy what they do and don't want to become jaded by tired old formulas. They have always reinvented themselves and tried to keep things fresh and evolving. Plus, their musical tastes and influences range further than punk rock, so is it that far fetched?

- Foxboro Hot Tubs released THEIR first three tracks on myspace. THEY'RE releasing the full 6 track EP at www.foxborohottubs.com. So go THERE and download them. NOW DO YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THESE GODDAMN WORDS????? CHRIST ON A BIKE!!!!!
