This is just my opinion, but..

If Castro has been "dead" (not leading much, anyways) for the last 15 months, and the people of Cuba have yet to revolt and make a change, maybe they see nothing wrong with the way their country is being run. Have the Cubans specifically reached out to the Americans and asked for their help in becoming a democracy, or has the US just taken it upon themselves to "better" this country? I don't know much about the issue, and I don't think I understand...
