I don't get why you'd insult Billie by saying Gerard and he are a like. Billie Joe is a completely unique individual. Just like Mike & Tre. It's not Billie's fault if Gerard idolizes him and wants to be like him-- it's Gerard's own business if he doesn't want to do something different than Billie or whatever. If you know things about both of them, you'd know that they're not alike really what-so-ever. They're not the same person and Gerard is not trying to be like Billie Joe. Sure, he may look-up to Billie alittle, or even a lot, but it doesn't mean he's trying to be him. I'm sure at least some of you look-up to Billie too; doesn't mean you're trying to be him, so why is it so different for Gerard? Green Day and Billie Joe have influenced a lot of people. Gerard's 30-years-old, he has a personality of his own. The only things Billie Joe and Gerard have in common are that they're both lead-singers that are male, that sing for famous rock bands, and are in their 30's. Oh and that they have black hair. That doesn't seem like they're the same person to me. Leave Gerard alone for once. If you don't like him, okay, but don't say things that aren't true and that are just gonna piss people off, please? I'm not trying to argue or start anything, and this isn't even directed at most of you, or anyone in particular. This is just what I think.
