This year is the 50th anniversary of the GRAMMYS and CBS is celebrating by asking you to build the show you want to see. Vote for the clips you think represent the best moments from GRAMMYS history. You decide who gets the center stage this time.

MY NIGHT AT THE GRAMMYS presents twenty five of the greatest Grammy moments ever and tells the behind the scenes stories of those performances as told by the artists themselves. Over the course of the two hour special, we’ll take viewers on a journey through Grammy history, recapping a nationwide vote on mynightatthegrammys.com by Grammy fans of their favorites, and ending with the greatest Grammy moment of all time, as selected by fans. With performances ranging from duets by Prince and Beyonce, Eminem and Elton John, Neil Diamond and Barbra Streisand, to incredible solo moments by Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, Green Day and others, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Grammy’s great moments all in one place at one time and understand why the GRAMMYS have earned the title “Music’s Greatest Night”.

So come on America, get watching and get voting, ‘cause this is all about your voice and your choice! Ready? Cast your vote and make your mashup widget now.

You have to vote for 5 out of the 50 performances and Green Day's performance of American Idiot is on the first page of videos. The Across the Universe performance that Billie Joe had a small part in is on the 2nd page. If we vote enough we might be able to see Green Day talk about their performance! The show airs November 30th at 8pm ET/PT on CBS.

The deadline to vote is midnight ET on October 7, 2007.

Meh. I don't think I'll be doing any GD voting until they release their new album. And then I'll vote for it in the "Awesome. Awesome to the max." category at the Oscars.

Green Day doesn't deserve a fucking vote -- they've been keeping us fans waiting for their new album way too long! xD

Eh, I'll vote for them anyway.. as they are my second favorite band.
