That's whats most sad about all of this, I waited for hours for something they never showed up to, then on top of that, they attend the after party (which is happening not too far from me), but I couldn't get into it if I tried. I keep saying I'll meet Green Day some other time everytime I miss my chance, but I've been saying that over and over for 7 years. Isn't there a point where it just stops being true? Maybe I should just give up. Its too emotionally draining to keep repeatedly getting my hopes up only to have them crushed repeatedly. I thought finally meeting Green Day would be a reward for all the hard work I've been doing lately, and all the stress I've been putting myself through.I guess I get no reward. What really made yesterday a bitch was that the people behind me in line were also coming to see green dayThey drove all the way from San Fransisco to see it. They had been in the front row at a green day concert in 2005, and they got to touch billie joe's hand, and claimed mike dirn threw his guitar pic right at them.That just ended up making me feel worse.
