It's a nice little read and all but...I still haven't gotten to understand why people wanna know about celebrities childhoods and things that happened in their past, why not just love their music, is it because you wanna learn where they got their inspirations from? I say find your own, but whatever, I'm sure it's a good book, I find the part about people smoking a joint at the age of 14 hideous, but meh everyone loves Green Day so it must be cool.

I like to learn about them to find out how they became the person they are. I think that is a bit different than reading about Billie being spotted at 7-11 today in a blue beetle, wearing a green shirt with white sunglasses and he was buying a 40 oz. I don't care about crap like that. Regarding the part where they were smoking pot at 14, As sad as this is, I started smoking pot when I was 12. And that was 28 yrs ago. So I imagine kids are doing it a bit earlier than that now. Maybe reading about it, seeing someone else become someone so talented will inspire them to not get stuck in the lazy dope smoking mode and make something of their life. :)

Dunno if I really want to waste 3-4 hours reading about stuff I pretty much heard before. I mean it may be a pretty good book but I don't think it will be for me to pay that much for and then say, "ReRUN!!)

Im reading this book and I really like it. I like to know about the background of someone that I consider a good person, an amazing artist, could be painters, singers or whatever. It help me to understand his lyrics, and what influenced him to do what he do so well!!

"The older ladies just absolutely loved him," Marie Louise Fiatarone confirms. "He'd go out and shake hands with them and talk to them. For a while, I think there was a little concern that this image doesn't go with his current image. But when you're 5, it's another story."

Cutest thing EVER! awwww, Mini-Billie

it's a really really good book

I used to have this part in my sig:

Tre: if you and I were camping and you woke up with my dick in your ass, would you tell anybody?

Jason Freese: uh..no

Tre: you wanna go camping?

it's really interesting to read

there's a lot of new facts and little perks

stuff that I never knew before

the part about Christie Road was pretty cool
