Fuzz
That's true.Should we keep the question about Insomniac or American Idiot?I think you can do both, here's how i'd word it. You guys can use it or not.Dookie and American Idiot have been the most popular of all your albums. Do you guys ever feel any pressure in writing (both now and when you did Insomniac) like you have to do something to out-do your previous albums? Or some variation of that. ChemicEmotions
Sorry, but to me that's just a worthless question. You could ask anyone who has dealt with the loss of a loved one that. This is GREEN DAY. Exactly why I wanted to get their advice. Because they're GREEN DAY, not just some joe blow off the street.
Beej
I really like the second one.Yeah, I think out of all the questions I'd like to hear that one answered the most, actually. Seeing that one make it on the list would make me really happy.
Guest Mike's Secret Admirer
---"What advice would you give to some one who is coping with a loss of their loved one?"---"Are you trying to prepare yourselves mentally and emotionally for the next chapter of Green Day? Out there will probably be a lot of debate going on saying t's too different from American Idiot, or too similar. In other words, AI was obviously an amazing album - do you think you've put yourself in a hard position for what's to come next?"---"What type of nervous/bad habits do you guys have? Any little antics you have that drive the other guys crazy?"---"There has been a lot of rumours going around about Green Day-- whether it's from one of you dying, or you guys breaking up-- which ones do you think are the craziest? How did you react when you first read/heard about them?"***To be discussed***Wording this one with the American Idiot question:---'When you were recording Dookie, you were still a band unknown to the mainstream. After Dookie became a giant success, you guys recorded Insomniac. Was it different to record Insomniac compared to Dookie, because you were known and successfull as a band now? Why?'OR [reworded differently]:---"Was the mindset while making Insomniac different becuase you had notoriety compared to making dookie where you had the freedom to not worry about success?"---"What are your favorite memories in your rock 'n' roll career?"---"If you could tour with any band, past or present, who would it be?"And MDA: I know how you feel!Yeah, I'm just like, "FINALLY!" I'd love to see the answers from the death/advice question, the "next chapter" question, the bad habits question, the rumors one and the dookie/insomniac one. Those are my five favorites and most anticipated ones, and if you hear me out, I'm expecting good-'n-long answers from them. (Not so much the bad habits one)

stablesoulsgonebad
WE'RE SO ORGANIZED!!! *happy tears* Sorry, I just never thought we'd get to this point...Isn't it touching?I love Andres' combo of the American idiot/Insomniac question. I vote that goes into the top 5 ENTHUSIASTICALLY.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow. Good night.
Fuzz
You guys really shouldn't expect anything, and just be happy with whatever they send back. For my two cents, I'm not a big fan of the "death" question. Like someone said above, thats just a real general question that you can ask anyone, kind of how i saw the "what is the meaning of life" question. stablesoulsgonebad
Of the previously listedI like them all except for the Loved ones question. It is a good question, but as a few people have said it isn't something that Green Day exclusively knows the answer to. :/

Beej
I don't like the death question either for the same reasons you pointed out, Andres. And also because if we ask "What advice would you give to some one who is coping with a loss of their loved one?”, it's obvious that were are directing it to Billie Joe, and in every interview I've ever watched where the death of his father is brought up, Billie seems very uncomfortable. That being said, I don't really want to ask a question knowing he won't enjoy answering it. I just think we should take that into consideration. We're working on it ^_^Yay! netty
sorry to butt in here but I just thought of something. you are thinking of asking questions of Billie but does Andres know for sure that all three guys will be answering these or not? unless you know for sure which members are going to be answering, then maybe you should ask questions of the full band rather than individual members. just something to consider. Fuzz
Yes, the entire band is going to take part. The reason we had to wait to tell people was because we were told the guys were going to get together this week, and that would be an ideal time for them to this Q&A for us. ChemicEmotions
True, I think everybody should try to be considered in every question. There's only one question in there that is directed at BJ, and it's even worded to be directed at all of them. I'd be so disappointed, because I have gone through it, and you know, seeing what they would say would just.. touch me a lot.It is a good question. Don't get me wrong, it is. And you know hearing that answer would be intriguing. But we have 5 questions to ask and (last time I checked) something over 19,000 members who all have different questions they want answered. I have lost people close to me too. But another reasonI am reluctant to include that into the list is because it seems to be a sensitive topic. That is just me. One person out of 19,000something. I was just voicing my opinion.EDIT: Beej, you took the words right out of my fingertips.
