I have it, I'll have to take a look, if I can find it, it might still be in storage. :/EDIT: I'm actually 100% positive it's from the last tour book they had, which had a gray/black/white cover and Billie Joe's shoe. Do you think I can find a picture of the cover online. NO.

There's the Warning one...which was only UK. It's red and black and has like a crowd with Mike or Billie sillhoutte on the cover. I have that too. I think they are both in my storage place. :/ I remember the American Idiot one was only sold on the first leg of the tour. I didn't get one because I didn't know they had them since there were so many people, so I had Tyke pick me up one and he sent it to me.

I think I was the one that scanned the whole book actually. :/ It's not even on the GDA server. I'm gonna go to storage tonight and see if I can find it.

BUT it is the second to the last page.
