Hermione Posted September 20, 2009 Share Posted September 20, 2009 I found this picture of Billie (looks like it's from a magezine) and he has a white shirt on an nothing else & I'm thinking it's fake but has anyone seen it and/or know what it's about? I'm pretty sure I can't post it here.Yeah I know that picture, it's real. He used to flash onstage quite often around the time of Dookie.
