Except for the occasional playing of Good Riddance The only time i ever listen to the radio anymore is in the car though, so i don't have to put up with the shit they play plus overplay of AI... luckily thats died down now. A year ago you heard Holiday on about twice every hour, it's like turn on the radio, oh there it is. I've only heard them play Good Riddance, When I Come Around, and once I heard BasketCase. Twist Posted August 8, 2006 Share Posted August 8, 2006 they only play longview and brainstew on the radio station here. they play new rock. and i hear american idiot stuff on a hits station wich plays mostly rap. i don't know if i should be happy that they're getting played on this hits station or sad that they're pretty much the only rock group played on there. it's weird having a radio station where you hear wake me up when september ends, then the next song is shakira. Dannit Posted August 8, 2006 Share Posted August 8, 2006 i only listen to the college station around here, which plays all the bands and my friends bands and shit, and only independant labels. but the cool thing is in the last month i think they've played 'going to pasalaqua' '2,000 lightyears away' and i remember them playing 'Android' . . . but i think it was by request. i dont know if pop or mainstream stations are playing that, not to keen on listening through 5 hours of rap and pop just to hear an okay song or a good green day song Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
