I can say im kinda obsessed......I have 3 posters, a button, BOBDs banner, 4 Cd's and the part that makes me even more obsessed and the most impressive is my Music Collection on my ipod I have 207 GD songs :D thats pretty much every song! :woot:

I always like to wow people with my collection! :wink: I even share with people on this forum!

but you have to PM me :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink: shhhh the mods are watching :lol:

I have all the CDs.

But my room doesn't have any posters and I have one Green Day shirt.

I do how ever talk about them every chance I get.

And I'm always singing their songs, so basically everyone who has ever had a conversation with me, knows I love those boys.

Today we read sonnets in Theater and I spent the entire block trying to put Green Day lyrics into iambic pentameter. So far all I got was the refrain from 21 Guns:

"Throw up your arms into the sky/You and I"

theres quite a few things that make me a Green Day fan:

-everytime I type the word "Green" I almost always type "Day" after it. hahaha.

-my walls are covered in posters. Only Green Day deserves to be on my walls!

-I have all their C.Ds.

-I have quite a few dvds.

-I have patches, pins, pens, bracelets, hats, shoes, shoe laces, books, keychains, stickers, bags, etc.

-I have a tower of only Green Day stuff on it.

-I have Green Day lipblam.

-I have 11 t-shirts.

-I wear a Green Day shirt almost every other day.

-I collect magazines they're on the cover of.

-I get super excited when ever they're mentioned.

-People actually call me Green Day.

-Everyone I know/everyone I don't know knows that I'm obsessed.

-I can relate almost anything to thim.

-I check Green Day websites constantly.

-I framed my ticket from my first GD concert. :)

-I'm always on the hunt for merch.

i'm pretty sure that there's wayy more than what i listed. :P

I consider myself just an average fan, I know all the words to (almost) every song and if I hear them anywhere I have to start singing along :happy:

my dad was glad that i moved out cuz of my constant talking 'bout gd. my friends r annoyed by me, but how can i help it when gd is the best thing there is?

Same for me. I annoyed everybody around me talking about the concert for weeks :D And now all I can talk about is seeing them again.

I don't follow them blindly or consider them to be Gods, I realize that they're human beings with flaws, I'm not afraid to criticize them despite how unpopular this makes me, and I don't agree with everything they say just because they're my favorite band. I recognize their flaws and the mistakes that they've made, yet I love them all the same.

I think that makes me a pretty good fan, despite the fact that some people seem to think otherwise.

As much as I'm quick to defend their music, I'm equally as quick to disagree with their beliefs/choices/statements if I object to them. I'm not going to allow them to control my beliefs and morals if I don't genuinely agree with them. Like the time they wouldn't let MTV broadcast their concert footage from Oxegen 2005, because the footage would later be released on Heart Like A Hand Grenade and they thought it would possibly lose DVD sales. I was majorly pissed off about that. Needless to say HLAHG hasn't been releases as we all know!

-my room is covered with posters/pics/cd inserts of theirs

-i listen to them pretty much all the time

-i did my first speech in public speaking class on them (a couple people in my class have started to call me "green day" instead of my name) :P

my hair looks exactly like billies current style cept its a little bit longer..... i have 2 tattoos that r lyrics from some of theyr songs, my walls r covered with theyr posters, and i litterally walked straight into billie joe in a berkeley tattoo place and asked him wat tattoo i should get. he said to get the words "go fuck billie joe armstrong" tattooed on my lower back and i did....:D and i have slapped tre twice. oh and i met adrienne and billie once and adrienne told me to flash billie....i did :( so i guess im not that big of a green day fan....

How do you know that kid wasn't me? It could have been me. I'm Canadian and it's possible I went to Las Vegas.

I freak out when I see people wearing GD shirts as well. It's rare to see GD fans here.
