At The Library! :D

What the fuck, this library plays quiet music at the weekend. What happened to being silent in libraries??? Oh well Boulevard Of Broken Dreams was just on so I'm not complaining

there was a Mosaic Tile Project that both Greek and Turkish speaking Cypriots met at the bufferzone. after the conference, poem readings etc., a band begun to play...

the first song was American idiot :D

wow, that was entertaining. at that moment I remembered the GDC and friend of mine who listens to Green Day and suggested me this form.

Good Riddence on the ABC - That's our superconservative boring, radio station.

and the announcer said it was by the "incredibly talented boys of Green Day." weird.

The weirdest place I have ever heard Green Day was at the cinema before the ads and the movie started playing they were just playing music, the funniest thing was that it was that the song was Scumbag....not one I think would be played in public very often.

Well hearing Green Day on Kidz Bop commercials is always so stupid and wierd. They really just ruin the songs.

But a recent interesting one is I was at the Griffith Observatory/Telescope in LA. Some oddball starts blasting 2000 Light Years Away from his phone at one of the space exhibits. Which was kinda cool, it kinda fit in with all the planets and all this talk about stars and galaxies but it was a little weird at the same time.

EDIT:And yes I know 2000LYA is about Billie and Adrianne's first kiss and how he missed her and blah blah blah. It's just the title totally reminds me of space lol

I was in an electronics store in Budapest over the summer (I was on vacation) and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, Boulevard of Broken Dreams comes on. I recorded it actually, just because it was so random. Then one of the workers almost deleted it because they thought I was a spy from a rival store, secretly videotaping the goings-on of their business. The guy flat out took my camera out of my hand. That shit wouldn't fly here.

But luckily I got my recordings.

Also, in a tiny village in The Czech Republic, I saw a kid of about 12 or 13 walking around with an American Idiot t-shirt, one that looked pretty new.

It was pretty random.
