Ally
my dad had a presentation at his work on his health and safety course and they played warning on the slideshow, with snippets of the video in it, my dad was like "wow thats green day" and was singing along while the other people stared at him. Renjini
I was in India, and at my aunt's house, my little cousin was listening to "American songs", then some lady in a freaky accent was like "and now, Gren Day, with When September Ends" she pronounced Green like Gren. My cousin fell in love with that song and won't stop bothering me with it, he keeps emailing me to tell me to send him the lyrics and to bring him the CD for him. minority29
i heard holiday on csi the other night. it was an old episode from 2005. holiday must've been on there for promotion or something. but what i found was funny was that the dude was listening to holiday in his room and this girl asked him to turn it down. and then i guess he died before he could answer her. and i think some dude shot him or something but the last song he heard was holiday. at least he was listening to good music right before he died lol. inell
I was in a car of person who lives in the same village with me and we were talking about last news of the village. At the same moment I was listening to Green Day by my walkman. then she said "did you hear that your old neighbour die last night?"The song was Ha Ha You Are Dead. I had not heard the news
Mommy's Little Nightmare
Uh... at The Great Escape (Amusement park. Branch of Six Flags in upstate New York). It was Wake Me Up When September Ends...HOWEVER it was not Green Day. It was being covered by some guy with a boyband sounding voice. I was like "...this is atrociously bad.' Ayame
I remember this guy (I think he came to fix a computer or something) was visiting my class...sat on a chair and everything. He really participated. Then his phone rang...and his ringtone was Holiday. My friend and I got excited 'cause we never hear a lot of Green Day around here

Foxboro Hot Tubs
I wouldn’t say it was a weird place it was more a rough and unsuitable place. It was on a party, everybody was dancing and they were playing awful hip hop and techno music (I really didn’t want to go there, but my friend convinced me cause she wanted to meet a boy..and I had to go with her) well.. and while all this really weird people were dancing and shouting they suddenly played “wake me up when September ends” .. and they were shouting, jumping, laughing and dancing ahead. It was weird. I was on a fucking party with fucking people and then they play a song like “wake me up when September ends” and everybody was enjoying this catchy tune … it sucked, that pissed me off so I went home...I wouldn’t say it was a weird place it was more a rough and unsuitable place. greendaygrl93
I must say I've heard GD being played just about everywhere. I think so many people know Green Day songs and don't realize who it is, it's amazing. The weirdest place? Poprocks and Coke was playing in Pearl Vision one time. Ooh! I got another good one - WMUWSE in Boscov's, the department store. Like I said though, I've heard a GD song in many, many places - stores, restaurants, malls, my hair salon... just everywhere. JellyCollin
I don't know if this counts 'cause I didn't actually heard GD, but I once saw AI in a music store, but it was on the shelves in the hardcore metal section.. I laughed like hell xD
