death_has_a_shadow
I heard When I Come Around at the gym the other day. Such a weird song to work out to.
St_Jimmbo_88
Haha you're dead at a funeral. That's funny. When I first heard that song, I promised myself I was going to sing that at someone I hate's funeral.

Kaddi.
When my dad wanted to buy a new CD-Player, we tried one and the radio station played Blvd of broken dreams. Then we went over to the next CD-Player that played another radio station which played When I come around. It was quite funny
badwolf
at my 5th grade grad. dance, AI played it turns out someone requested Green Day. i was so happy, til everyone stopped dancing and said that the song killed the dance on my school announcement, they play random songs right? so i was like,"they should play good songs like Green Day," and 5 seconds later Saint Jimmy went on!! i was so happy i sung along and my teacher thought i was nuts

Hermione
A couple of weeks ago I turned on BBC2 and Green Day's Knowledge was on an advert for QI. They used the spiffy guitar solo and the "all I know is that I don't know nothing!" bit. Very odd indeed. I was most pleased
Astrid.
Not really a 'weird' place but just at a weird moment. I was in the cinema last week and you're supposed to shut off your sound of your cell phone but one person had not done that. So during a sad part of the film (someone was about to die) his phone rang And we all heard this chorus: Ha Ha You're Dead and I'm so happy. In loving memory Of your demise. Get it? someone dying in the movie...I laughed so hard!!! :lol:Everybody began to look to that guy who became smaller and smaller in his seat! Me and my friend were like: It's okay man! Green Day can be heard at any place at any time! But then people were getting mad at me I had so much fun

Hermione
^ I wasn't sure at first but I checked on the second listen, it definitely was them. It was such a surreal place to hear an obscure song like that. Every time it was on I had to make everyone shut up so I could listen to it Actually that reminds me, hearing Rab C. Nesbitt singing Boulevard Of Broken Dreams and drunkenly saying "my LIFE is in this song", pretty much tops the weird list for me.
iLozza!
In my brother's car. He used to like them, but now he's into hip-hop. I was quite suprised when he started play American Idiot, followed by some Clash music.

Ayame
In this Japanese TV show. They played a little bit of Holiday. It was too short. They played the intro, but it was too short, so no vocals.

Robin105
I work in a nursing home and they have the radio playing and they have on Lite Music. I hear Good Riddance every day while I'm at work. Plus I have my ipod radio so that's always playing Green Day but the thing with the radio wasn't my idea. I was with the administrator at the time it came on to. I was trying not to scream but I was turning red. Then I went back to my office and said I HEAR BILLIE!!!!!!!!!!!! No one heard me though
