Tresbabygirl
Damnit why must people rag on the Kids Choice Awards. You dont hear adults give crap about the VMA's or TP awards do you? Just let the kids have their fun.

Guest Quietus
I think it's embarressing because Green Day is not a kid's group. They have pretty dark songs/themes, and they take someone mature to appreciate all of their work and their personality/message/values. I just don't think they should be made out as this kid-friendly band.
NC_Idiot
I'd rather have them nominate WMUWSE then Candy Shop or something. exactly at least some real music is being nominated (ok, i guess Green Day is one of the only bands i would consider "real music" at the Kids Choice Awards anyways, but still be happy they are being nominated...or at least try..
