I mean I wouldn't want GD to exhaust themselves and just decide to not tour or play live at all. They are getting older after all, (and so am I!🤣).

I also get why playing festivals is important to attract new fans, and also why playing them is easier. What I don't particularly understand though is this seemingly muddled mixture of the two. You either decide to do just a run of festivals next year and no solo headline shows, or play a decent string of solo headline shows. That way people are less disappointed and frustrated, or feel short changed at 'only getting a festival show'. (Yes I am including myself in this, even though I'm sure I'll be buzzing after the festival and just feel so damn grateful that I got to see the guys play again!😆)

My two cents on this:

I'm pretty sure that one or two more shows will be added. However, these will probably not be announced until 2025 so as not to interfere with ticket sales of the major festivals. It's noticeable that France and the Iberian Peninsula are completely „empty“ at the moment.

We will probably all end up staying at the same hotel in Vienna, thatd be fun! When we stayed at the hotel next to Wembley it was full of us! Played GD in the foyer and it was a brilliant atmosphere 💚 of course me being me was the totally bonkers one 🤪

I'm curious to know what the set list for next year's solo shows will be like, I don't think they'll play Dookie and American Idiot in their entirety again and use the same set list as last year.

I booked the „Fleming‘s Hotel Wien-Stadthalle“. It‘s just a few minutes walk to the Stadthalle and seemed reasonably priced.

(I hope this post is allowed. The hotel doesn’t pay me for advertising it…😅)

We booked the Rathause Wien to be closer in to old town as we are going for 5 days, never been before and am told it's fab and we will love it.

You certainly will. It‘s nice to just stroll through the streets and marvel at the magnificent architecture. But be prepared for lots of tourists!

You're all very organized! 😅 I still have no idea how many days I will be staying, let alone where I will be staying. But I also want to spend a couple extra days there, as I have never been either. But I guess I'll have to start looking into this next week, before everything reasonably priced gets booked.

I booked my hotel a couple of weeks ago. I'm only going to Download for the day, so I've got to now play the waiting game for day tickets to be released!😬🤞

So my plan is to go to the Hurricane Show on Sunday and travel to Amsterdam for two days as long as they don‘t announce more shows in Germany (I‘m sure that‘s it, maybe a show in france). Plus I‘m broke due the Linkin Park Show which cost 169€ and thats not the VIP 😂

It will be Stockholm, Oslo and Amsterdam for me. Have most of it booked apart from one of the two nights I’m staying in Amsterdam + flights. Was lucky and managed to get a GC ticket from the resale for Amsterdam as well 🥹

My bank account is crying but at least I’m happy lol

How much do you pay for a Hotel in Amsterdam?

I looked for 1st-3rd July and was for 389 and 333€ for these days 💔😂

Yeah it’s expensive! Which is honestly why I’ve only booked one of the two so far. I paid 190 euros for a hotel close to the arena on the show date with cancellation option. I have eyed out a few on a slightly lower budget for around 128 euros for my first night there. Their reviews are pretty bad though so I’m also considering to stay in The Hague or another neighbor city for 1st-2nd.
