I did shortly after my post, and apparently the vinyl I pre-ordered isn't available so they are going to ship everything together when the vinyl arrives in early November.

They do say they hold everything back until the total order is complete, has one of your pre-order dates slipped? It is frustrating, but cheaper to only have one postage expense.

Nope nothing shipped, they said I'll get everything at once. I understand why they do it (time & money) but it's a bit frustrating.

I listened to PHGP's entire discography in order the other day (hadn't listened to the band for quite a while). Made me realise I think Unt is my favourite! Love all their stuff but it's the best album. My brother did the same thing and had the opposite conclusion lol, doesn't like that it isn't quite as quirky as other CDs. I agree that it isn't but the songs are just so good

Also just got to listening to these. Two really interesting interviews! The first insightful about all the guys' history with the band and the second about the album.

i have the same conclusion , Unt sounds more as gd bside album, but its a very good record and im verry happy that they are back with new music. For me Jump Salty still remains No.1 the impact Sarah Kirch had on this record is unbeatable!

I ordered it from Amazon.  But man, shipping has slowed down big time. I was getting stuff next day and now it's 4 days on most stuff.  Unt is showing November 7th which is extremely slow, but it was cheaper than 1234 and probably faster.

Does anyone know if this is the first time a PHGP album has charted?

I wondered about that too. Looked on Fandom and Wik' discography. Both had columns for sales but each was blank.

Comments like for Carry The Banner', states initially released on vinyl but sold out quickly, then released on CD.

Nothing about sales on greenday.fm as far  as I can see.

Dude, what if Pinhead Gunpowder become super famous?  I wonder if they can handle it, lol.

My cd or vinyl or whatever finally shows that it shipped.

Every Pinhead Gunpowder song sounds very mid. Very generic as hell.

This album would sound cool if I was extremely only into this sound of music, and couldnt branch out to something different. Boring.

Im sure it took this long for very mid tier music to make it to you. Good luck.

Jumpy salty is a national treasure!
banner is the one I listen to more than GD. Shoot the moon and Elston ave are 10/10 no skips, compulsive and all the b-sides rival anyone’s discography.

Unt seems to be the one that finally made them big stars! The rightly pushed for more promo and exposure this go round! This one’s for Kircsh!

You are such a buzzkill, always. Do you even like Green Day? Why not find something better to do with your time?

Dude, Pinhead Gunpowder are already super famous. With Aaron Cometbus, Bill Schneider, Billie Joe Armstrong and Jason White. Remember them, they're superstars. 😁😁😁

Haha.  I was kidding, but it would be kind of wild if Pinhead Gunpowder or Foxboro Hot Tubs became bigger than Green Day.  Not likely in today's music sphere, but weird to think about.

I would like to know who wrote "Mumbles" because I believe the writer and I are Eskimo brothers.

I could not agree more.

Jump salty has a very unique sound and style, banner, and goodbye is more close to green day style but with more roughness which i love. And shoot the moon is full of classics

I literally lived every detail out of Mumbles.  I think I know who they are singing about.

I hung out with Mumbles last night and we watched Breaking Bad.  We're just saw Gus become two-face so that's really cool.  Anyway, my vinyl said it was heading to my house and then as it shows that it is arriving.....the arrival date changed from today the 8th....to the 14th.

I just don't understand.  She doesn't mumble at all.

And now they have issued a refund for the album even though it shows that it will arrive on the 14th.  Does this album even physically exist?
