I think they also played the whole American Idiot album. Setlist.fm lists all songs BUT "She's a Rebel" which actually makes no real sense, since it's only a 2 minute song. One of the two reviews lists it as well.

EDIT: apparently they did not play "She's a Rebel" or "Extraordinary Girl", which does not only surprise me but a concertgoer too.
A buddy of mine was there and he says they 100% played She's a Rebel, but is unsure about Extraordinary Girl.
So my guesstimate is that they might have just skipped EG
