Billie can fill in on kazoo . But hopefully he'll be back for the tour in the summer anyway

Edit: Oh I see this is new info. The first post about it said he'd be back in the summer. Well in any case I hope he's well soon!

For the album shows yes.

I will look forward to the festivals setlist hoping that they'll play deep cuts from AI and Dookie

I'm actually pretty confident that during non-album shows they'll be playing more of the stuff they couldn't normally play. 21st Century Breakdown might finally see some love after all these years and lets not forget recent resurgence of Warning songs being played. I have no confidence to see any love towards Trilogy, Revolution Radio nor Father of All but I wouldn't mind to hear one (or 37 songs on Trilogy) or two songs from them.
