Schindi_25
Do you think the Tour will stay this Short (from june to September) or will there be more to come in the End of 2024 or in 2025?
jengd
I think it will depend how well the album does. I can hardly believe though that after the last few days they are just going to go quiet until May!

On their albums that do well which is a harder and harder metic to gauge, they will tour accordingly. I expect two American legs. I could see some politicians using their anti American speech they use in Europe maybe coming to cause a thing amongst Americans that don’t get the subtext. Hell im a don’t give a fuck kinda guy and it makes me cringe.
Flashback
Well they're gonna play American Idiot and Dookie in full, so 90 minutes for these two so at least two hours if they want to play songs from Saviors and other albums as well 🤔
GuitarPunk94
hard to tell but since they wont do a proper european solo-show leg again and the last one they did was in 2017, i reaaally hope they will do a full european tour later this year or in 2025 they either do a massive world tour in 2025 after this years summer shows in europe and US, or they just play their shows this summer and take a break, with foam/hellamega/saviors/saviors tour they have been quite busy the last couple years
That Dude
I try to always be positive, but I'm not super excited about them playing Dookie and Idiot in full. They do absolute killer setlists, all they need to do is beef them up with more songs and from more albums. Now the problem of them ignoring most of their catalogue is magnified as they hype these two albums that get played to death every single night into eternity. I would've preferred they revamp their big-hits set by beefing it up with even more singles and then deep cuts from Idiot like She's a Rebel and Whatshername. Every song on Dookie's been played 1000 times. Throw in a few more of them but make sure to represent the other eras. Father of All song, Oh Love, Bang Bang. I'm even being realistic with those picks. Deep down, I want Nightlife and Holy Toledo and The Saints Are Coming and Meet Me on the Roof and Take the Money and Crawl and Tony the Tiger and for them to do Network covers, but yeah.
HAPPY ZOMBIE UNICORN
I bet they will take a break and then do an arena tour in Europe and other countries they are not visiting right now. I doubt it will be the Dookie + AI albums show tho.

pacejunkie punk
They said already in Australian interviews that they plan on touring there in their Summer (Jan-Mar time) 2025. I’m sure they will add South American dates too likely Fall 2024. Hope they also get back to Asia in 2025 since those Hella Mega dates were never rescheduled and it’s been so long. I see this tour extending well into 2025
nflsbest26
Do yall see a 2nd leg of US shows being added too?

I somewhat agree, I worry the 30/40 minutes that are not those albums won’t cover some of the deep cuts
NoManCanEat50drumsticks
I think the Dookie+AI dates will be killer and a rare thing to see (as Mike stated in a recent interview), at least for me that i'm a hard American Idiot lover ❤️ i was not fortunate to be at a GD gig in 2005 but now will see them in Dublin with the full album. Just magic!

Tre's Busted Drumkit
Do you really think Green Day would pass up the opportunity to be actively touring the US during a Presidential campaign? I cannot wait to see how badly they skewer literally everybody.

This is gonna be a big album and they wanna get that money.

I wanna be realistic as well, knowing I want haushinka, west bound sign, tightwad hill, jinx, reject and walking contradiction live more than the medium cuts like disappearing boy, 1 of my lies, etc. Also it'd be funny if they actually played something else from the nimrod sessions in that viper room show in 97. 19th nervous break down, alfred e normal, slow, ugly day
