Popular Post Clockwise
Paradise Look Ma American Dream Dilemma Burnout Warning Basketcase She 1981 Minority American Idiot I’m pretty sure that’s right. It was incredible being up so close for an acoustic performance. At the end Billie said this has been one of the best days of their lives and how proud they were of the album. Really special set. 10

Everyone will be talking about it on Monday when it airs on the Sirius channels. There is a thread already and yes all the videos from that YouTube account have been posted there: 1 hour ago, Rumpelstiltskin2000 said: My apologies to Chicagoans but that would be wild Green Day played there twice on my birthday and the first time getting into that show was amongst one of the worst I can remember (people were jumping the turnstiles!!) so the second time I bought my one and only VIP. There were only 17 of us but I'm so glad I did because when doors opened I saw the shitfest unfold again before my eyes Chicago (Wrigley) was the only place where I've legit wondered if I was going to get trampled while lining up, LOL

Like, tough to get around because there wasn't much space between shelves. I miss the warehouse in Brooklyn. Also, right at Rockafeller Center, lol Yeah that spot in Brooklyn was fantastic. I only visited it once back in 2014. It was huge and the place was built for shows. Must have been a pandemic thing to downsize and move?

Miko
Checked the videos and holy fuck how great Billie and band overall sounds in these. He can still sing Dookie songs flawlessly, he absolutely nailed Dilemma and even American Idiot sounds fresh when performed with acoustic. It's great time to be a Green Day fan. 1

The Grohl
This is so freaking cool. I just love that even though Green Day is one of the biggest rock bands out there, they will still do small performances and events like this. It's rare for a band of their status. 2
