Yeah, at my listening party they said they were getting signed ones, but this morning they said they got an email saying there was not enough.    There are some on ebay for 100+ dollars.  No thanks.   I can sign a copy if anybody wants and I'll beat ebay price.  99.99 for my signature and my son's as well.   Maybe some other random people in my life.  😄

Sold!!

If anyone comes across a signed CD, please let me know 🙏🏽 thanks friends! Happy Saviors Day!

I talked to the one guy working at the record store. He said they had around 40 pre-orders for the signed copies but they only received five, "total shit show."

Hopefully Green Day/Crush will make it right. Please stop blaming you're local Indie stores for this.

What is the song from MM2020 Part II that is reminding me of Coma CIty? I've listened to that album like 2-3 times and barely remember (or care about it) but I think vocally it sounds like Billie from that album and like at least one of the songs on there

Melody-wise it could be Carolina’s ultimate Netflix tweet

Just a random thought but I love how Billie says "The 20s" in Living in the 20s

Found this 50 second snippet of Fever on YouTube. I think this is the same snippet I found elsewhere yesterday but I'll repeat what I said before. An alright guitar riff but sounds very much like FOAMF. The clip gets louder at the end so idk what happened there, maybe they combined that clip with another short clip but didn't adjust the volume between clips?

On the back of the Saviors Japanese CD it says Butch Walker is the producer of Fever. Looks like it's probably a FOAMF outtake.

Fancy sauce isn't getting the love it deserves.

Overall a solid album, but I'm not bold enough to say it's better than 21stcbd. I'd say its on par with it

This album is incredible! Been listening to it all day and haven't gotten tired of it, even the pre-release singles. Right now it has shot itself right into that number 3 spot of my favorite Green Day albums. We will see over time if it stays there, but I'm pretty confident it will. Really blown away by this one. Best album since 21CB. I didn't realize how much I missed Rob Cavallo's production until we got it back. I love RevRad, but RevRad with Saviors production would push it up even higher. Hell even FOAM with this production and CLA's mixing would improve it a ton.

As a fan, I couldn't be happier with this release. Over 30 years into their career and they prove to us that they still got it. I won't lie, I was starting to worry that they were going to be a legacy act from now on with an occasional decent release here and there that didn't get much attention or promotion. So glad that feeling was wrong. The boys are truly back!

I think after FOAM and Hella Mega we were all starting to feel that way, fearing they were firmly a nostalgia touring band now and that’s all out the window with this. Phoenix rising from the ashes of Hella Mega!

Would pollyanna, here comes the shock and holy toledo would fit on the album. I thought they're gonna be a bonus track japanese exclusive since many artist or bands or record label put some single only release songs on the japanese exclusive albums

Not gonna lie holy toledo would totally fit on the saviors album since it has that 1972 vibes.

Where do you see Billie making out with anybody? Are you referring to the couple at the 2:10 mark? Watch it frame by frame.........that's not Billie. The tattoos on the arm aren't his. And again at the 3:18 mark?? Again.....not Billie. That dude has a touch of facial hair as well, so unless it was filmed on multiple days, or Billie did a quick shave....not him.

Thanks for the laugh😂😂😂

yeah it definitly isn‘t ‚billie‘ at minute 2:10 😅😅😅 what the hell are you on😂😂😂

You should get glasses. That’s one of the actors, you can clearly see him again at 3.18/19 in the kiss montage.

Wow it's been a while since I've been on this forum.

I'm loving Saviors. It's weird - my expectations were low because I wasn't blown away by any of the singles. I liked them, but didn't think they were amazing.

Somehow though the album as a whole has really clicked with me. I actually might enjoy Saviors more than Nimrod and Warning, both of which I rate very highly. Don't know where it sits in my overall ranking yet but it's certainly up there.

We're officially back!!!

Edit: Thought I'd add my standout songs, in no particular order:

- Dilemma

- Suzie Chapstick

- Bobby Sox

- Strange Days

- Goodnight Adeline

Okay I listened to this album again today. Corvette summer and living in the 20s aren't my favorites, I dislike OEB I don't know why they added it to the album and made it a single. Overall the album is a solid 8/10.

I don't know what Butch Walker did to the drums but in comparison to the Saviors tracks, the drums in Fever sound like from a drum machine 😅

I just got on here to say the guitar chords are up for most of the songs and I'm literally holding my acoustic guitar and playing Suzie Chapstick.  Great minds, man.  Great minds!

Where are these chords you speak of friend? UG?

I take everything I said about my cd probably not getting here until February back.  Props to Streetlight records for shipping mine in time to have it on release day.  I got the signed version!  I want to share how it looks, but don’t know how to share photos on here!

The new album is absolutely a masterpiece!

What is really sad that there are so many amazing tracks, and they chose to have OEB as a single. People have to hear what a talented band Green day is. I won't understand if this masterpiece will have haters cause this album literally represents life and how beautiful and sad it can be.

The chorus of Living in the 20’s reminds me of The Network more. The low mono note harmonies that almost drone are very much like what the Network does.
