DookieLukie
2 hours ago, pacejunkie punk said: You can still shuffle albums on Spotify, it’s just no longer the default option like it was (thanks to Adele who requested that feature be changed). There’s a shuffle symbol next to the play button to shuffle if you want. Some artists still put a lot of thought and effort into the track order and want people to hear it that way, like many of us used to. Adele is one of those artists apparently. So is Green Day. They might have front loaded the singles but I think they still are intentional with their track order for the most part. Yeah ‘Saviors’ has some great flow and it feels like it was intentionally ordered better than record GD records. It has natural breaks and some really pumping runs of songs.

It is a really abrupt change but I still like it 4

These two should be either consecutive or have a similar to them song between, although i am unable to suggest any.

The numbers don't seem to just be based on the track order on the album. For example, Coma City isn't getting as many daily listens as the following 4 tracks now. (Idk why, it's my favourite track). And Fancy Sauce has got more listens today than the previous two tracks
blueshadows
@Christian's Inferno! thanks for all the numbers update, really enjoy seeing that! Is there a reason why TADIKM, Look Ma and Dilemma are not included? Would be interesting to see those numbers too. Thanks again for these updates.

That Dude
We'll get to at least Album 19 before Green Day hit retirement age, and I don't see Billie wanting to stop just because he's 67. Realistically, Green Day will probably put out 23 records in total. At that point in the 2040s or so, it'll be time to get into that sweet, sweet vault. Haha. Has anybody gotten sick of Saviors yet? I'm wearing it out, but haven't got sick of anything yet. Goodnight Adeline and Strange Days have climbed up above the rest in my head, but the really rocks. 1

Someone suggested Fever, DJD, Corvette Summer and Goodnight Adeline. I'm guessing Fever, DJD, Corvette Summer (Billie listened to it during a FOAM-era video apparently) and TADIKM. Unsure about the 2 others.
Little Boy Named Booze
TADIKM could have been on FOAM. Just imagine the first track being TADIKM followed by 10 shitty songs. 1

IIRC, it was GDFan2019 who made the speculation that Corvette Summer was a FOAM-era song.

Depends what you're comparing it to. But based on the bands recent stuff, I'm very confident that the album will surpass FOAM's numbers, I mean it's already almost 1/3 of the way there. Granted, a lot of that is due to the pre-release singles and the daily streams are going down every day but I'm still confident it won't take long for it to overtake FOAM. Whether it will overtake RevRad at any point, it's probably too soon to tell.

Popular Post Saviour
GD are very much a legacy band now. I’m not surprised the numbers aren’t great. We’re all old as fuck and the cool kids are listening to Swedish songwriters and trap beats. 1 4
