Popular Post That Dude
We need some Bobby Sox socks, Goodnight Adeline pillows, Green Day's own Fancy Sauce but with no explanation as to it's purpose. Is it food, lube, neither, or both? A little Green Day corvette. A Saviors Phone. A robot with Billie's face on it....the list goes on and on for marketing. 1

Unlike other albums, "Saviours" seem like a case where the higher an album track is the more it will be listened. It is not fair for a few of the Side B songs. This listening motiv might mean none of the songs, other than the singles already released, inspired the general public.

That’s actually pretty standard if you look at similar album statistics. 2

TheMostExpressivePrice
@HAPPY ZOMBIE UNICORN Potentially Spotify also somehow forces viewers to at least begin listening previous songs before they get to the ones they want (they are the ones that they want! Not a 1000 Hours reference). Otherwise, casual listeners are much more than actual GD fans and that explains these numbers.

The CD and LP hasn’t gotten to their store yet so I got to wait but I’m still so happy they were cool enough to do that for me. I’m just so in love with this album and this era. I wouldn’t have been as hyped about buttons and posters for FOAM lol. That's so nice! As I learned, it pays to reach out and make those connections with your local record store. Fingers crossed you find a signed CD that isn't price gouged!

Since "Warning" is my joint favourite album i would love to listen to them if they exist. Senseless note: Has anyone sharper than me found other song titles' reference in "Saviours" songs? i only found "She" (not so difficult), "All By Myself" -if it counts- in "Look Ma, No Brains" and "Say Goodbye" in "Goodnight Adeline". It seem[ed] like a consistent tactic until "Father Of All...", although most titles' references were coincidental or forced. Edited January 22 by TheMostExpressivePrice i wish i had at least a lower in English, because i am even worse than the robot Billie Joe is having a healthy relationship with in "Living In The 20s". TheMostExpressivePrice
The judgement for "Saviours", if it is based regarding its sales, is going to be unfair towards, for example, "Revolution Radio". Since 2020 everyone is more poor and many people who would like to afford "Saviours" now can not because of financial disabilities, while they would have more abilities for "Revolution Radio" in 2016. Spoiler (Only thing that did not go downhill after 2020 is Green Day as far as i am concerned. Even those high production films that everyone claims are fantastic in the last 3 years are almost Dookie -no offense- compared to earlier films.) Couldn't decide which one I wanted to hear more! I'm an hour and 11 minutes in so far. Can't wait for you guys to get through all the songs....it's going to be a long time and at least 1000 hours of podcasting lol. I am still just listening to the new songs and skipping all the singles. Goodnight Adeline was great the first time and keeps getting better. Suzie has cooled down a bit for me and Strange Days is my absolute favorite. Fancy Sauce is another highlight, but gosh darn even the worst ones Coma City and Corvette Summer rock hard. At the Irving plaza show the people in line were playing guitars and when they got to 21 guns in the solo I just started going “EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK” and blew everyone’s minds 😂 not sure how more people didn’t realize that
