The 99th revolution
So I was watching cuatro and guess what? These are two songs left off from the greenday.fm page on the trilogy sessions: dropout and miss judgement day. How I found these you may ask? Well since the trilogy boxset is expensive where I live, I watched the archive.org version of cuatro and slowed it down and came across these gems. Also yes, I heard dropout was on the hypothetical cigs and vals.
Elxufinnishidiot
I wonder if that dropout is the old dropout and also Brutal Love. Matching song lenghts too, I believe.
The 99th revolution
Both dropout and brutal love are 4 mins, just look at this upscaled photo of the ai bsides I got it from genius.
Dysfunco
Yes, thanks to your screenshot I think it's safe to say that it's guaranteed to be Brutal Love. The description of the parts to record lines up perfectly. The solo is laid upon the same chords as the part refered to as the "chorus" on the whiteboard... I never thought of the "Dropout" as being a chorus, but rather a outro. But seeing this descripton, it all makes sense. It's Brutal Love, clearly, and one can assume similarly lengthed "Dropout" on the B-side disc photo is too. Cool stuff. I have a sense quite alot of old songs got reworked for the trilogy.
The 99th revolution
Don't forget walk away.. too young was speculated to be both sex drugs and carpe diem, but those two seem a bit too long to match too young. One could even assume oh love = wasteaway, but it was written '11 according to billie.

Too Young is exactly the same length as "Youngblood", which I find interesting considering several "renamed" songs has retained atleast some key word from the original one. (Clusterbomb = Letterbomb, Sick = Sick of Me, etc). I know I read somewhere that the song would've been written around 21st Century Breakdown era, but that doesn't have to man it didn't exist prior to that and was reworked, perhaps mostly lyrically. Who knows... Although it's not much to go on, as the song length doesn't match up, I can't help to get the feeling "Wasteaway" could be Oh Love, as well. Words is just words, and oftentimes reused - sure. But it seems more likely when the title matches a keyword in the song you think it became, right? Also the style of the song make sense considering other, pretty much confirmed, songs such as Brutal Love.
The 99th revolution
Billie himself confirmed youngblood was written 21cb tour before, but in an interview regarding c&v, he said it was an old song from the vault

Due to length. but I doubt it because topics like teamsters, the "picket line" were only things in 21cb and revrad
