DearlyBeloved87
Green Day are playing a private show tonight in Las Vegas. Does anyone know more about it? I found this information on Musicwill profile: Music Will, the largest music education non profit in US public schools and HARMAN are partnering to bring music education to more students. The guitar is getting signed tonight by all 3 members after a private show. Today, we are at the #harmanexplores conference in Las Vegas! 2 1
stories and songs
Interesting. Since this is news to us, could a “private show” mean like a private music industry/professional event?

It's a charity event so it's probably for big donors like the one they did with the Who last year.

Doggins
Doesn't look like a charity event per-se, though a NFP organisation is behind this conference which JBL are sponsoring, so looks like JBL have paid for Green Day to be there So yeah won't be a lot of fans, just conference attendees

This is the Consumer Electronics Show, which is massive. Might sound weird, but a lot of big-time acts play at these things. It’s usually for a good cause, so it’s cool!

Sounds like the corporate sponsor paid their fee, and that brings people in who make the donations (or is it a trade conference too? Not clear)
