Listening to this song in the car is like an out-of-body experience. I know it’s not new for Billie to growl or yell a bit in songs, but the amount he’s doing it and the emotion he’s putting into it in this song just hits me different. I can’t even imagine what an incredible song this will be performed live.

It will be amazing live but also a challenge for him. I remember what a strain Fire, Ready, Aim was and this has similar high notes. I hope he can pull it off. I guess we’ll find out on New Year’s Eve. But I look forward to hearing as many Saviors songs as they can cram into the setlist next tour.

So do you guys like the songs that we've heard so far? I think they're so much fun

I was listening to all three songs today and agree, they’re a lot of fun. They represent different sounds from the band’s career, but are unified by really punchy, energetic guitars. The all sound so full.

I think this album is gonna have a lot of bangers based on what we’ve heard so far combined with the 1972 teasers.

What if the videos are all connected and Billie becomes a zombie after falling on the ground in Dilemma?

We haven't conversed about this idea lately - the ides that Saviors is a concept record.      With the singles so far, we have snapshots of individuals but as we get more songs, their story flag will unfold.   Or not.  There doesn't doesn't seem to be any false saviors or anything like that so far, so it will be interesting to see where the lyrics take us throughout the album.   Looking like a nonlinear Lenny of a Lifetime, Lenny.

Remember he covered we are the champions at one time 👌

Was just listening to Holy Toledo! and it struck me how similar in content it is to Dilemma. “I wanna go where the trouble begins” “we’re hellraisers/deathwish cravers” “killing myself just to live” Party sound with a heavy dose of regret

On another note, I hate how YouTube puts thumbnails all over the last 15-20 seconds of a video. I want to see the last quick cuts, they’re important to the story and because half the image is obscured they’re hard to make out. Directors put a lot of work into these videos and the dumb clickbait goes right on top like its nothing. I’d like to see a version with them removed if possible

There are youtube extensions that get rid of end cards, I would send it but I am on phone. You should be able to find it with "youtube end card remover extensiom" or something.

Is the video too focused on Billie, relegating Tre and Mike to background characters?  Or is it not that big of a deal?

The only one I could live without is 1981 sad such a generic song will take up space a more intriguing song like damn juvenile delinquent could've been added

I'm not sure on this one so far. Some good lyrics, vocals aren't the best, melody and riffs are pretty dull, everything feels kinda restricted if that makes sense?? Not a fan of the screams in the chorus, they disrupt the flow of the song a little. I feel it works well as background music (like something to have on when you're cleaning the house or something) but not something I'd actively choose to listen to for a good time. I definitely took to the other two songs a lot quicker, I can see this maybe being a grower but not by a lot. Also happy I'm not the only one irrationality bothered by the way he says Dilemma lol. I'll accept Dye-lemma and Dih-lemma but wtf is a Deeelemma

The video, on the other hand, is fucking amazing. It was really clever to do it from Billie's P.O.V and then show the reality later. Shame there's not much Mike and Tre content but it definitely makes sense for this one to be Billie focused. He plays the part incredibly. The one scene that screams addict to me is the part where the coke gets knocked on the bathroom floor and he's instantly scrambling to get all that contaminated shit inside his body, that was not an easy watch. But I can't lie he does look funny stumbling about and just flopping back onto Tre's drum kit lmao

Thinking about it, is this the first official GD music video that shows the band members consuming hard drugs on screen? With the amount of singles they have revolving around or referencing drug use you'd think there'd be loads but nothing is jumping out from the top of my head and i cba to go watch every video through

I noticed with this single, each of the singles for far have the words death, killing, or suicide. Seeing a theme.

It's good that it's a conversation starter about alcohol and it feels like this video should have had a warning like the other two, 😄.   I've gotten into some alcohol related trouble, but it's always been easy to simply stop drinking for extended periods and not struggle with it.   I have had a few disasters while drinking like ruining someone else's day by becoming a burden or even a legal problem or two.   But since 2016, I don't drink to hangover.  That's the worst feeling and I have no need for it.   I'll have a drink or two here and there but that's about it.    So glad I don't struggle with it because man, I got so many other problems.

He’s an inspiration to me as well as the bravest person with anxiety that I know. I’m sure the decision to be surrounded by his friends for the video instead of random actors helped him a lot. He had his whole support system there while he did it.

I think you are right and it’s quite noticeable that this is not your usual bunch of extras in this one.  Like @pouty bitch said, that scene with him scrabbling on a public toilet floor is so powerful.  I wonder if it also deliberately was possibly the best shot of what looks like a rather nice Rolex!  Quite a contrast there.  I must have watched it 20 times now and I still think wow each time.

Jason Freeze is the only band mate not to make the party.

Legend has it that if you watch this video carefully enough, you can spot several members of The Network.   Not all of them, but most of them.

Already got Dilemma up to my 12th most played song of the month, and I listen to a TON of music.

I think this is a top 3 song for them in the last 10-11 years, and maybe top 15 in the last 23 years. Pretty cool!

So when it comes to excitement I just don’t get hyped up for albums that much anymore but I definitely listen to the songs and they either stick with me or they dont.

I had general positive reviews in October but I have raving reviews now. I havent gone a day without singing the chorus to LMNB to myself. Same with American Dream. Dilemma is also just stuck with me.

They all fit with the GD back catalog in their own way and hold their own. I think we are about to get a solid album in January. Like AI, I think everything song will stand on it’s own and keep the listener dialed in but given the timeline this will be compared and contrasted to Rev Rad.

I think this will be considered one of the better post AI albums from the band and considered a big return to form.
