Any updates? Is it over?

It's over and the setlist was boring. Not gonna lie I like every Green Day shows but it wasn't AI and Dookie. Really really quick show. Quebec City last year was still my favorite with 1981 and Stuart.

Is this it? Surely not just 13 songs?

setlist.fm isn't right. They played Time Of Your Life to end the show.

I translated the article posted above to English and it said it was a 2-hour show. Was it not, or are you just comparing it to their stadium shows?

It was a 2 hours show but without Dookie front to back. It was a great show but probably the shortest I've seen in a long time. Homecoming live is amazing.

Going back to Quebec City right now. Gonna be home at like 4 AM. Damn I love this band.

It was the same setlist at the festival shows in Europe. Not Dookie in full and Idiot only missing Extraordinary Girl.

Good response from the crowd. No Dookie set piece and no plane. Was pretty fun but I was a bit too far for my liking but despite being far, the energy from where I was still really good. Billie seemed quite emotional (at least more than the Toronto show I went to) during Wake me up when September ends (and changed the lyrics to 40 years). More “hey ohs” than in Toronto. He mentioned people might recognize Good Riddance from Deadpool and Wolverine. In my opinion that song doesn’t need that movie at all, it’s already very well known.

Overall great night! No more Saviors show for me for now. Really hope there is a second leg of the tour soon!

edit: watched videos and lyrics of wake me up when septembers ends was 20 years and not 40 years like I said before

That crowd looked really huge and the show looked great from the footage.  Am sorry you folks who were there don’t seem that excited by it!

I hope it wasn’t me that didn’t seem excited 😅, because I was. I guess being further away was still slightly less exciting for me (I could barely see the band), I had some issues to take care of and couldn’t go find a spot earlier on.

But being further made me appreciate even more how much Billie is good at working the crowd. People were really responding from the front to the back.  Billie’s vocals were great too. The band seemed to enjoy the energy of the crowd which was fun.

Did you have sound problem in the back? Some people didn't hear the 2nd half of the show.

I was not completely at the back. I was maybe in the first 1/4 to 1/3 of the length still (still enough for me not to see much).
No sound issue from where I was.

It was a good show but god I hate this festival. It's not a music festival anymore it's becoming like Coachella. A stupid fashion show with a thousands instagram babes.

Glad I didn't go to this. Someone suggested it since it's not far from me, but getting across the border is a pain in the ass, and I really didn't want to go to a festival since I wasn't interested in the other artists and Green Day hasn't been playing Dookie and/or AI in full at the festival shows.
