Went to the Huddersfield HM gig and the organisation, the number of toilets, and the food “options” were shocking. If they do a football stadium next year, it needs to be a venue that does these things better.

I was at Leeds arena last night for Fall Out Boy and I hope that GD pick that venue if they do an arena tour. I live in Newcastle, but Leeds it is a much better venue than Newcastle in terms of fan experience, which is why many bands like GD avoid Newcastle. The only criticism I had of Leeds last night was the horrific queue for the ladies between the support act and FOB- had we stayed in the queue rather than walking away from it, we would not have been back in our seats in time.

Was also there last night, great show!

I've gotten quite lucky so far with Green Day shows. Being based in Bradford I've been able to go to Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester and Huddersfield, all of which are fairly local compared to other concert locations.

I think Download is a possibility. It is normally heavier music but I think the festival is going to lean more towards including less heavy bands going forward, especially since Reading and Leeds is now totally trash. Download could book the artists that R&L no longer do. In addition, the guy who is the lead booker for Download gave an interview in the summer and named Green Day, Fall Out Boy and the Foo Fighters as artists who haven't headlined before who he'd love to see headline.

Curious to know if anybody has heard any whispers about who they might bring on the tour with them. If it's stadium shows, I guess they'll need another big name alongside them.

Does anyone think there’s a specific city in EU/UK where there would be a higher chance of them playing extra club shows? They haven’t done it during Hella Mega but I was wondering if having recorded in London could mean they would want a smaller show there too

I would go with London as being most likely, and they’ve done it before…. Or at least the Tubbies have.

Hopefully they come to Vienna again. They were in Austria during every tour since AI, but some of them were only Festivals on the countryside instead of solos show

Living in Merseyside, I'd love a GD show at The Cavern but I won't hold my breath

Just wondering if GD will do what MCR did in 2022 and play Warrington the night before Neighbourhood Weekender starts? That's 26/27 May, so lines up with April/May UK/EU tour and then a June break before a July US tour

They did a small show in Berlin (pretty sure it was Berlin) before the 21CB tour. If I remember right it was connected to a TV or radio event

I had a look, but would be £250-300. Need to be back the next morning for work too so it’s a no go for me sadly

The p.s. part on their insta for the Paris show, do they mean this year or next year?

Hope they mean this month cause it would be such a waste to come all the way here just for a single show

When they come to the UK will it be big stadiums like queen elizabeth and emeirates? How much will the tickets go for roughly?

I see the foo fighters are playing in June for 3-400£ a ticket!!

Pretty sure they intended to play the EMAs the night after in Paris. But this event was cancelled.

Oh I was wondering about that, it’s the same week they did them in 2019 and played Madrid. Why were the EMAs cancelled? I’m ready for some GD promotion but there doesn’t seem to be anything on the calendar

If pre-sale access offer ends on November 7th, will pre-sale start on Thursday or Friday?

Is that confirmed pre sale will end in the 7th? This is seriously seriously stressing me out!

Nevermind I see it now

Seems like a weird reason to cancel a music event thousands of miles away but ok. Green Day are like, fuck it, we’re still coming, and we’ll double down by playing a club that was hit by a terrorist attack.  I’m low key proud of them

I'm not mentally prepared for how much tickets gonna cost 😪

Hella Mega was 88€ FOS. I think you can prepare for 60-70€ and for Club Shows? Idk we‘ll see tomorrow but I think 60€, too.

Hella Mega for £75 each for me and my friend (£150 in total) but that was 3 years ago when I bought those tickets, with inflation being as high as it's now I expect the tickets to be over £120 each ,maybe even more 😰
