Anyone that's seeing Green Day on 9/22 in Florida. Wanna meet up? I plan to be there around 2ish or 3 to wait to get a good spot in the pit!🤘 CAN'T WAIT!!!

It's a small venue and no opener announced. I hope they'll change things up. No generic 90 minute set please.

So how much were pit tickets for this? 
Are they playing this because the new owners want to promote the venue? Seems so random after all these stadium and festival shows to play a 7k venue in Florida?

Tickets were about $400 I think (for the pit anyway)

YESSS! I'm down to make a sign😁 I can head to a store to get a paper for the sign here in a bit after my phone charges. Do you think if I make it colorful it will help? I already have a sharpie but could get some colored pencils too.

Seemingly no opener for this? A bit odd.

With only a 7K person venue, this place must be paying Green Day A LOT to play this show. Doesn't seem like the kind of thing the band normally does.

For sure. I just don't think they're ready for that yet 😂 And I take it they value most everything about playing shows more than the money.

That’s why they just finished a biggest hits package tour :lol: but yeah i agree a residency would be another huge leap in  ~ a direction
