When they say “touring near Canada” could they be referring to the Milwaukee Wisconsin  festival july 14 ?

Yeah the single will come with the pre-order of the new album + tickets for the tour.
Everything will come very quick.

I'm not an insider but this week I've got so much information about Green Day it's crazy.
Thanks to my friends working at the festival.

Sorry that I ask but i have to: Aren't you drunk right?

Wisconsin / Québec is really fast in airplane but that's a good point maybe they start their tour in Canada on July 16th. I really don't know honestly. Don't wanna speculate anything.

I'm the new sanity loan ladies and gentlemen.

Well I was for a day.

Enjoy your 15 minutes of fame 😄

I’m watching this info take on a life of its own on other sites.  You wouldn’t believe how much you know now 😄

Anything on Reddit yet?

So could it be that we’ll get the announcement some time in April, the first single on, let’s say Friday, May 12, and the album on Friday, June 9?

Well I don't want to be the killjoy but don't festivals usually have something like an area protection, so that bands can't tour in the same area in the same time with their own shows?

It depends. Last year in Germany and France they played festivals and their own shows as well.

It’s a tourable amount. One festival they’re on I can tell you is a 250 mile radius clause which isn’t crazy but made me realize they’re not coming here 😅

Yes, but it wasn‘t near the festivals 😂

They played Rock am Ring/ Rock im Park. Thats a 4-5 hours drive and Berlin, which is 3 hours away from Nürnberg (where RiP takes place)

Was googling Green Day tour dates and found where you can hire them.

https://www.celebritytalent.net/sampletalent/690/green-day/

That one has 2500 and up while other sources have them listed at 1.5 million to 2 million.

You don’t usually go through this kind of channels to book such a concert, at least in Europe it does not work like that. That seems more like a broker for organizing private events.

So funny reading theories and people putting “dates” for single pre order and album. These things take time to plan and they’ve obviously been negotiating a new record deal, publishing deal, venue hire for tours (probably next year in reality)

They've been teasing us for a year and a half. Of course they would wait all this long to start any kind of negotiation...

Nah, dude, they are already under a new record deal with Warner and they are already booking shows for summer. We don't know the release date yet, but thing are moving forward for a while

Let’s assume the single is out before June, and that the Father of All roll out is the new standard, because FOAM RULES!

The Father of All single was released on the 10th, a Thursday.

So before June would put the new Green Day single at  May 11th, 2023.

The Father of All singles came  5 months minus 3 days before the album release,

Which puts the new album out on October 6th, 2023.

2nd single - June 10th, 2023.  Promo-ish.

3rd Single - September 15th

4th single - with the album on October 6th, 2023.

and going back to the Breakdown era for a fifth and final single,

January 7th for the rockin' but forgotten final single!
