Green Day aren't going to put out a ton of stuff, so maybe they are turning a bunch of songs into side-project bangers and we'll get multiple albums that way. Foxboro Hot Tubs TOLD GREEN DAY SO! Popular Post PluckyJokerhead Posted January 12, 2023 Popular Post Share Posted January 12, 2023 Could be that they added another song or two, those have been mixed and now the whole album is in mastering; meanwhile they're deciding on a name, album covers promotional material etc. There's a lot more that goes into releasing an album on a scale like this so I think it's still reasonable to believe the album itself is for the most part complete and they're still 'in the middle of working on it'. I can't see them going on a summer tour without an album.
