I think Tchad Blake was brought to GD by Butch Walker and Crush, so if Rob produces the album, maybe it will be a different mixing engineer. I don't understand this... they were literally just in London working on it until like a week ago. Hold your horses, things take time. You wouldn't want them burning out either like Billie did during the trilogy. Virginia Lot Lizard Posted April 19, 2022 Share Posted April 19, 2022 The promo and teasers for 1972 isn’t even close to the excitement Max Creeps generated. The band seemed more excited about the Network than they do about 1972. Hopefully it’s because all the imagination and passion is going into the record instead of teasers.
