I read that too. Not sure how reliable that source is but usually the band tour Mexico and South America 1 year after the album come out. Someone on the other Green Day forum (the one that doesn’t forget to pay its bills) said some Mexican concert series accounts tweeted that Green Day is setting up a Mexico tour in 2024. It's very normal for american or european bands to leave south american or mexico at the ending of their tour.
