Doubt it. They were talking a lot early last year about the freedom they'd get from leaving Warner, this is it. They can release singles whenever they want now, no full album or greatest hits compilation has to come with it.

Hopefully soon!   Yeah interestingly enough, I had drinks with the marketing manager for Warner Canada  tonight and he mentioned in passing how’ there’s a new Green Day album. Being released this year

Keep in mind if these two songs are going to be on an album, there isn't any rule that says they dictate how the rest of it will be. Remember we got gems like Sugar Youth and TTMAC on FOAM, so anything can happen.
