Is anyone able to add to the download section here please, please, please!? Yes, I got the messege saying "this item is not available for sale in your country/region." Changing the card's address details into the US worked well as I said, so it's actually accessible for everyone in that way too.

Tubbie Head
Just heard about this now! So cool! Also thanks for sharing on youtube but is it not accessible outside the US? I was thinking of creating a free trial account on audible for this. 6 hours ago, Beyza said: You just need to edit your credit/debit card details on Audible, just change your address/zipcode/phone into an usa one. (you can find pre generated ones online) And then you can get it with the free trial. Just using VPN doesn’t work but still you can use a private browser or vpn while downloading it. There are also desktop tools to download the Audible files and convert to mp3, you can easily find them online. Oh I'll try that. Thanks!!

Beerjeezus
This version of Wake Me Up When September Ends is beautiful. And it sounds like an indie song hipster kids listened to when I was in school but in a cool way.

I think it’s the saddest and beautiful version I’ve ever heard I agree, it's much sadder, but I also think this calmer, acoustic version fits the song the best. It's more... vulnerable? Like it's not hiding behind the big full band sound that makes the album version seem more upbeat. I like all the acoustic arrangements. I was listening to it on shitty old speakers, so maybe I'm wrong, but did I hear some accordion on Know Your Enemy? I love the folk punk twist to this song. And American Idiot has cool guitars, it's sort of country-ish.
Montclare
I was also going to say how much I love this version of WMUWSE. I wish there had been an extra 30 mins to talk about RevRad to present day though. Would have loved to have heard about the side projects as well. But glad we got this! 3
Karol Oliveira
Gosh, I loved this! I love hearing people's stories, and Billie is one of my favorite people to hear telling his story. There were things that I didn't know yet, especially from his younger years. I'm not fully satisfied though, I wish this was an entire series about him. When he talks about the records, he just passes by each one (and misses Warning, Revolution Radio and FOAM). I'm still hoping someday he'll write an autobiography. The acoustic versions are also great. I loved the little changes he did in certain songs like Good Riddace, WMUWSE and KYE. Speaking of Wake me Up, does anyone better at music than me knows if he play a 12-string guitar? It seems to me.

I feel like he could say so much more. I was sad that Revrad to present and side-projects were completely missing, but he also didn't say much about Insomniac and almost skipped the Warning era. I would enjoy a longer version of this or maybe if it was a series. This audiobook format really works for him, because it allows for his unpolished storytelling, and it's better than an interview because it has structure and it's edited for easier listening.
Popular Post greendepent
I really enjoyed this. I just love how honest BJ went into the process from AI into the iHeart incident. I kind of relate to those times, as they were my darkest times too and those songs helped me moving forward, even if I still feeling stuck today in some matters. The acoustic renditions were amazing and tasteful. Know Your Enemy takes the spot easily. I never thought that someday I would be listening to a "Warnified" version of a song made by the man himself. I'll be listening again to catch missing details. But is strange to feel that sense of completeness with Green Day related material. Is nice, for once, getting that satisfaction. Is a nice day to live
Popular Post Tubbie Head
Wow this is so freaking good. ❤️ I'm about half way through now, it's the coolest thing to hear him tell his story like this, without any interviewer, just him. Feels so intimate and like it's truly made for us, fans. There's a lot of info and stories I didn't know yet (or didn't remember) and these acoustic versions of the songs with some twists are so nice. 😭 My favourite so far is Good Riddance. 4
kybry13
This is super good so far, wonder if anyone knows what the lyric changes in "Basket Case" are?
jengd
I love this, the songs are so great, so different. I guess I am among many who have heard GR so often but this full band, slight faster version made it quite different. Need to listen again! I thought he was so honest and open, especially about Iheart and I now think I understand his recent attitude towards to, he has to embrace it regardless as without that collapse, he would have died! 😭

Popular Post billy1986
Graffitia sounded amazing as did all the songs they should make an acoustic album when he was talking about 80 moving from Minnesota I thought he was going to play Westbound Sign a top 5 of mine they need to play live. Popular Post JardyOfSuburbia
Gosh, this was amazing. Always a fan of acoustic versions of anything, but these were especially good. I love how they all sounded like they could have been on Warning. Really insightful stuff about the musical, Trilogy and rehab. Love how honest and open he was in telling those stories. Worst part is that I’m done listening to it and I feel like this needed to be another 10 hours to satisfy me. 3
Popular Post pacejunkie punk
I'm really digging these arrangements. The versions are so good it's almost a shame they aren't officially released somewhere where they could get some sales and streams. I can't believe he managed to make Good Riddance even catchier. It's like he doubled down on some of these.

I’m glad we have a version of this song after it was teased from that Colbert performance back during RevRad.
