To each its own, but like Beerjeezus said, its like FOAM's older brother, so its pretty damn good. Don't judge the songs by the ratings, just enjoy!

Yeah but the problem with FOAM is not that it’s different it’s that it seems half assed and you could tell that from the band members that they didn’t really feel passionate about it example Billie disinterested in interviews even the cover there’s literally no way you can look at it from any angle and go I see what they’re trying to do it just seems like they put it out for the sake of it.

In my view,  Money Money Part 2 has elements of FOAM. Some songs feel like incomplete. But I don't think that there is lack of passion. It's a new way to express themeselves that we don't yet understand, or we just don't like. Mike said that the FOAM 's sound maybe become the defining GD sound for the next years. IN my opinion, this does not translates to lack of passion. Money Money 2020 keeps some characteristics of FOAM, but you don't get that this is a record that was made, just for the sake of making.

Overall I really love the album! Again, Popper Punk still suck.

ok now I've listened the whole thing, need to listen more for some songs, so it's time fort a short "first listen" review

there are five songs that doesn't make it for me, and I don't consider pizzagate as a song so it's six

it's a pretty damn good album, it has some flows and will lose some people  sometimes, it's very risky, very experimental, and that's a very good point (even if it WILL frustrate some), some songs are weak (as I said above) but there are gems like  the jerry fall well's pool party, it's a pure banger for me. 

it's a very good album, surprising by it's genre variety, refreshing and fun, and there's a sound variety that never makes the experience  boring even in it's weak moments ....
