Love Billie giving Kevin the hug from behindĀ šŸ˜„

I thought he hugged him and then it looks as though he started tickling him, Kevin seems to start to collapse slightly, Billie helps hold him up.

A brazilian journal just got The Network on the main page today, besides an announce of Sao Paulo Covid Vaccination Program that starts January 25:

They do an animated video with this animation style.Ā  Maybe if they did that to begin with, they wouldn't have been compared to Green Day so much.Ā

No doubt the US mail is screwed. Ordered a custom phone case with Fink on it that shipped the 5th from the state I literally share a border with and it sat in a distribution center for five days and isnā€™t supposed to get here until the 14th. 9 days to hop one state!!

I wonder how the Network merch sales are going. They probably should be pushing it more. Theyā€™ve been all quiet on the Network front for a while now.

Well to me it's kind of disappointing they're using the site to just sell the new merch. The old version had all these odd pics and cool/funny stuff and now that we know all about it and the members it's like they're not trying anymore. They're effortlessly funny, I'd love to read more stuff like the K! interview

I have an old school network tshirt I want to show you guys, but even though I've been around here for a long time, I don't understand why I can't just drop the image in this box?

I wonder if John Roecker was behind some of the old stuff? I got that impression, the weird/disturbing art and some of the writing seemed like it came fromĀ him. I guess without him being involved it's more just music with less of the side stuff.Ā

Where do the Network get there outfits?

I am going to start dressing like them and need to know where to start.Ā Ā

Is it all custom, and also have any of the masks been spotted elsewhere?Ā

It would be really weird if people just bumped into these weirdos out and about.Ā  Cruising the record stores, buying up all the Green Day records to figure how to confuse us.

The Network's favorite band and main influence are back to show the world how it's done.

The first new song from Good Charlotte came out today and I'm very sad the Good Charlotte thread is so hard to find on here.Ā  Ā  We're The Network Authority and we need to give these punk rock gods the respect they deserve.Ā

Anyway, what did I miss today?Ā  Ā  Another Fink-centric video and a total lack of Van Gough?Ā  Ā

Wake me Up When Van Gough's singing.Ā  Ā  Ā I wish bands would announce when an era is over.Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā

We're just going to end up in era limbo and not know what's going on.Ā  Ā Ā

I'm just now getting out of Trilogy Limbo and man am I damaged.Ā  Ā

Still in Rev Rad Limbo.Ā  Ā Ā

I don't think The Network are back.Ā  Ā I just think Los Straitjackets never left.Ā Ā

Monster Mash.Ā  Ā  Haha, I'm dead.

An era is supposed to be over when a new record comes out, isn't it? Right now we're in two different eras and that should drive us crazy but The Network are as inconsistent as GD when it comes to post, or comunicate something, I'm afraid...Ā

My bet still is that the next video is from Van Gough, though ;)Ā

Must've been hard to keep up with the era(s) in the years 2000-2003. There was Warning, Shenanigans, International Superhits, and The Network. If an era ends when a new album comes out, then those eras were super short. WouldĀ compilation albums count as a new release, thus earning itself an era, or no?

I'm thinking the next video will be a Van Gough song too. After the album dropped, we got a Snoo song, twoĀ Fink songs, and now it only seems logical to suspect that the next video will be a Van Gough song. But The Network isn't very logical, now, are they.Ā

^ I don't know, I treat Shenanigans as a studio album although I know it's not. I entered the eras after American Idiot :lol:Ā but yeah, those you mentioned were particularly short.Ā

The Network should give themselves the opportunity to make this era last longer than a year.

I had this exact shirt too! I was heavier and in high school then, so I'm not sure whether it's in my parent's garage or it got given to Goodwill. Wish I had it now.Ā

Warning, Superhits, Shenanigans, Money Money, American Idiot.Ā  No wonder I became a superfan in those years.Ā  Ā  A steady stream of perfect releases.Ā Ā

While we don't get albums and comps like that now, the guys typically have something come out every year in one way or another.

After experiencing loss of air from Covid, suddenly Tre's songs Asphyxia and Respirator became not joke songs, butĀ very serious, with a sad, dark sarcasm. Talk about a shift in perception! Still slaps, this album.
