Hey, what part of Alissa’s “knock it off” don’t you guys understand? No one wants to read through your bickering when they’re catching up on this thread. Carry it out any more and we’ll start handing out warnings.

Go ahead.

OK @Todd, before you claim I'm "bickering", I'm directing this at you and the other mods to clarify things a bit.

Can I just ask why me and a few others are being threatened with warnings simply for calling out one user who was calling us all "assholes" for something completely innocent? Genuine question.

I think it's reasonable for us to question why we'd be threatened with warnings over this. Was @nopride84 threatened with a warning in the first instance for calling other users "assholes"? Because in my eyes that is deserving of a warning.

Not trying to cause trouble, I'm honestly just asking because I don't think letting users get away with calling others "assholes" and such promotes a very healthy atmosphere in the forum.

You were all asked to stop. That verbal warning applies to nopride84 as well. The users that continued with off topic posts received additional warning points. If nopride84 wants to drag this out, he’ll get suspended too. Us moderators are real people with real lives and we can’t be on here 24/7. We didn’t catch the asshole comment earlier, so the blanket verbal warning was the best we could to to try to get this to stop now. Something you guys can do to help if this happens again is use the report button on a post like that. That sends us an email so we can jump online and better address the issue before it gets too out of hand.

So now that the "leaked" songs are confirmed are fake, the only thing that we can speculate is with information on the wiki page

Name of the album, date and tracklist. For those people that missed the "information", here is:

Album name: Sparky Renegade

Tracklist:

1."The Prophecy"

2."The Future Is The 80s"

3."Tarantulas"

4."Joe Robot: Rise Of The Machines"

5."Sparky Renegade"

6."Fink For Yourself"

7."Judgement Day"

8."Apocalypse Then"

9."Masks Are Trendy 2020"

10."Loud Loud Loud"

11."Taping Songs Off The Radio Is Killing The Music Industry"

12."Ivankkka Is A Nazi"

Date: December 11

Personally, I don't trust in any name, but maybe the date... or it's just that I want they release all songs ASAP 😂

What do you think? Let's keep alive this hahahha

Tracklists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been good throughout this "era" (The Network had eras now) with not going bonkers with tracklists....

If I need to, I can do hundreds of them on youtube.

They don't have a limit on tracklists.

Alright, no worries, thanks for clearing things up.

I did consider the report button but at the time but thought it might be a bit of an overreaction, but I'll use it in future.

Someone did report it, but as @Todd said, by the time we got to it, it had already derailed off into several comments and this blanket verbal warning to stop the conversation was the best we could do.

I hope we get some new info soon. I haven't really immersed myself in the teasing like I did with the Longshot and FOAM, but I'm moderately excited.

So at the moment I'm thinking that the version of The Prophecy on YouTube is the official full length version. I don't think it'll be any longer than that. Seems almost like an album opener or something.

Ohh  it must be, you're right lol really wanna hear what comes next after it then!

Totally agree! I love GD and GDC because of this, these past few days have seriously been some of the most fun times I've had on here! If people don't enjoy the speculation and debates they're free to just ignore it, right?

Just want to repeat this.  You can just skip any thread you don’t want to be involved with.

It really seems like the song is rather incomplete, doesn't work well on it's own IMO. But it's a really fun teaser for what comes next, that last bit got me hyped.

Intros are a waste of song real estate.

Real estate that could possibly filled with songs on the level of Sound the Alarm.

Looks I dodged a bullet and a landmine of drama of on here.

Peace and love.  Peace and love.

Except for intros.  Those are trash.

I don't want The Prophecy to be an intro or something :S Sounds really good to be so short. I thought it was a clip just like Tarantula.

I'm convinced almost all of the people here who like "Sound The Alarm" only like it because it was allegedly the Network. It is an awful song. Like a bad outtake from some shitty mid 2000's band like The Bravery or something of that nature.

Don't worry, both of those are over 10 minutes.

But even so, you may not like them.  They are weird......

I have listened to it a lot and now it's stuck in my head, so I have to go and play it.

I love it and Viva Death seem like a decent band.

Then again, while I haven't heard of this Bravery, I do really like sh!tty mid 2000s bands.   That's the best kind of band there is!

In fact.....that is kind of what The Network are.  Haha.

Even if the other 9 minutes of Prophecy are just "We're right - You're wrong - And we told you so" I'd be 100% cool with it

It's the entirety of the Wizard of Oz, retold through an American Idiot lense.

If you like garbage music, check out "An Honest Mistake", "Believe", "Fearless", "Time Wont Let Me Go" by The Bravery. They're just as horrible as Franz Ferdinand, The Killers etc.

If you had a driver's license in 2005, I find it hard to believe you haven't heard at least one of those songs. Check them out...might ring a bell in your head from years back
