I'm not putting down anyone exercising their right to vote but why not exercise your right to hold your vote out? My vote is worth something - I am not going to just hand that to anyone. How many republicans have come out and said Trump wasn't their first choice option? They still went out and voted for Trump. If they held back and decided to have someone in their school of thinking earn their vote we'd have a different America than the one we have today. 

Also if you think that your vote counts you're delusional. In Canada we use a riding system. Group think will win every time. If they wanted to count my vote as a single point that's different. How about permanent residents that pay their taxes and contribute and are refused their right to vote? I understand your initial reaction to what I said but these statements do require more critical thinking. 

Also, I wasn't advocating for anything, I am not a centrist just to be clear and there are parts of social democracies that work and parts that do not work. The same goes for capitalism. Select capitalist ideologies makes Canada one of the most productive nations per capita yet certain capitalist ideologies in African countries result in the worst GDPs seen in the world.

I saw Billie Joe at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

You know what this whole thread is? It's one person saying "GuYz GreeN dAY iS ACtuaLly YElLow!" Then when anyone holds up a picture that shows that Green Day is in fact purple, they freak and say "No that color is yellow!" when it is literally the opposite and can be proven with mountains of evidence and is scientifically agreed upon amongst the community.

If anyone is confused, yellow and purple are opposites on the color wheel.

- Climate Change
- Healthcare
- Controlling the coronavirus
- Police reform
- LGBTQ rights
- Gender Equality
- Racial Equality

He's far from perfect, even on the issues I've listed, but he's a hell of a lot better than Trump on these and most other issues and that's just a fact.
