Banjodewulf2247
Hay guys, check this out. I think it's from the Warning sessions. Its Letterbomb but some vocals are missing and there are some different gutter riffs in it. I figured it was old because of it not mentioning St Jimmy and the Jesus of suburbia. I do remember something being mentioned about a song called Clusterbomb and who knows maybe this is it. https://mega.nz/file/62BHDQJa#JL3H5IcSlrrPVtEY4AFz8e7s-Zt0dO7xK7f1ycHlLMI
Lenny
How did you find this? Interesting it says it's from 97 I didn't think the song dated back that far. The earliest I could date it back to before was like 2001-2002. I like the pace of it but it definitely is a more complete song with the AI lyrics. Liam
Fake as shit. It's just the original song sped up and pitched lower, the intro removed, and a whole section removed Also they didn't start recording Warning while they were promoting and touring Nimrod in 1997. After giving it a second listen you're right. It's definitely evident during the solo parts and early parts of the song. They wouldn't be phrased identical to the album version that came out 7 years later. I did read further and found out it was in fact written for Warning. I also read Whatsername was written for Nimrod.
Banjodewulf2247
I figured it was fake I just wanted to see what you guys thought before I continued looking for stuff. Good Riddance is about Amanda as well. We obviously know JOS was written in the AI sessions cause Billie has been very open about that first line coming into his head. Haushinka was a song originally made for Dookie yet it appears two albums later. 3 hours ago, lilshootdawg said: Basket Case was written in 3024 Basket Case was written by Tim of Rancid and gifted it to Billie when he made the hard decision to not join Rancid

So please provide evidence to your fact I said I read that it was written at that time. I never claimed that it was true or that I fully believed that. I wrote it mostly to see if anyone knew more about that but of course on GDC everyone assumes you are doing otherwise despite being 100% direct. Banjodewulf2247
Gosh, this topic is still up take it down for fuck sake. The file says created by me because i snipped it out of a 40 min long collection of supposed "Rare Songs" By various artists. Who knows maybe the poster of the original was a traveler from an alternate universe where warning was made in 1997. *Insert spooky music*. I guess that's why the CD was covered in purple ketchup XD
