¡Nunes!
A few days ago HSS channel on Youtube randomly released a high quality video of Green Day's performance in 2000. So far I had only seen poor quality videos of this show. The band also played Blood, Sex and Booze and Minority (not available in HQ so far). I don't remember watching and old video of When I Come Around with this quality live on TV, SNL 94 was good but not close.

That's the 1998 appearance (I think the one where he played Good Riddance). The clip in the OP says it's from 2000. Was there a 2000 interview? There are incomplete videos of Blood, Sex and Booze and Minority, but they are very low quality.
