I would’ve preferred for them to show Jaded in Chicago or something so we can finally have a definitive digital transfer of it, but that’s just my inner videophile talking.

Anyway, I’m going to take a look at it. An article said that they’re going to show stuff never before uploaded to YouTube, so I’m hopeful that means some more footage that wasn’t in the World Stage broadcast.

The time slot is 45 minutes in the schedule which was the length of the original broadcast so I doubt it

All the TV appearances and cover releases do seem almost calculated to gain him more name recognition.  He’s never put himself out there so much under his own name before when it wasn’t a single project.

If this unforseen pandemic hadn't happened he'd be touring and doing stuff with Green Day and wouldn't be doing these solo performances though. Like do you think when quarantine started he went "hehehehe now's my chance!" and scrambled to become a solo artist? :P Right after he put out a solo album but was so careful not to present it as one (calling it The Longshot instead of BJA and being very low key about it) that no one even noticed it was a solo album and not just a side band?

The simplest explanation is usually the right one. He's performing on his own because there's a pandemic happening and the world is on lockdown.

I hate to keep picking on you, but he’s recently put out a solo album and chose to title it The Longshot.  I’d be surprised if he’s abusing a global pandemic to get his name out.

And he just booked another show so call it abuse or not but he’s still getting his name out there 😜

This will be the first time we will have seen the uncensored version correct?

also there's 10 songs that haven't been aired from the set so could be the rest of the 10 songs?

Well I’m only assuming since it’s streaming and not being shown on tv they don’t have to censor the audio

Is anyone taping this incase it's different than what aired on MTV world stage? @Yosuke Hanamura??

I will definitely try to. No promises since I just so happen to have a 7 page paper due the same day Green Day goes on.

Buuuut I’m willing to bet @pacejunkie punk is correct, and no new footage will be shown.

School before concert, so no worries. Good luck with that 7-page paper. I do not miss those days.

Even if it's the same footage, but  uncensored, it worth just for Jesus Of Suburbia.

This is probably the best performance but the censored audio it's kill the performance

Same, I really hate censored audio, doubt they’ll show the uncensored version but  it’d great for sure

Anyone whose been watching this has the audio been censored?

Panic! Is on currently. I have it on but I haven’t been paying attention until just now - so not sure if audio is censored.

I didn't know Panic wrote the song for The Greatest Showman? Or it was just a cover? It was such a good movie!
