For the first time playing it live, I think it was pretty good. Maybe not everything was super in-tune, but this is definitely something new when it comes to vocals for Billie in particular. I think he did a pretty good job, including all the backing vocals.

The backing vocals were pre recorded or playback lol

I'm not used to seeing Green Day on daytime TV. I was watching old interviews and I forgot Billie was on Rachel Ray! He looked very sleepy, like it was way too early in the morning for him

It was an okay performance, a little off key though.. Definitely not the strongest song to perform live. Meet Me On The Roof would have been better.

Oh yeah, where’s Ellen?

Yeah Green Day were great an everything but Snoop is the king.

“Black peppers matter” 🤣

”I don’t know about mushrooms Martha, I act the fool when I eat mushrooms“ 😂

Wrong thread!!!!

Anyway, it's supposed to be about Green Day but Snoop is stealing the show.

"Toast to the boogie, baby. Bang bang!"

Screw Martha! Let GD and Snoop cook together!

Snoop is an ICON 😂

I thought the performance was fine but where with the first two singles the live performances elevated the songs and made them better this one just doesn’t. I think I prefer it in the studio.

The performance was okay. Not terrible, but there were some issues with Billie's vocals. I think it could get better the more they play it. I appreciate Snoop's enthusiasm for the song

When I saw Martha Stewart, I'm reminded of her recent super bowl pic on instagram that was a big deal for a really weird reason in my country lol

Snoop Dogg was awesome, but that performance was a bit more "Oh Dear" than "Oh Yeah".

I'm really not a fan of the way they used a lot of backing tracks here...

I’ve just watched the performance myself, and all I can say is...

PFFFT! That’s your guys’ ideas of a fucking atrocious performance? A 2 second period where he’s off-key, and a backtrack that’s impossible to get around? Fuck, you guys made a little blemish sound like a trainwreck of the Inglorious kind.

I have to say, for a hella mega tour I would like see them bringing on stage some chorister instead of using a backing track, but I think the song is cool nonetheless. And this was just a tv promotional performance, I look forward to hearing it tonight at the party.

For a very first time live, is not bad. I think this will be a case like Still Breathing was. Billie Joe will manage better the song as the tour passes.

Or maybe he will choose to not perform the song at all, hahaha

Starting out with the out of tune note, I was a little afraid but the rest of the performance was okay.

However, what's the point of using so many backing tracks when they could so live vocals?

Same - I cringed.  But I watched the cooking segment on Ellen tube first so I was still in my Snoop moment.

I love the way Tre is smashing his drums. The band is lucky to have a goof like him, he’s got such a wonderful personality.

I love Snoop with my whole heart. Being his joint roller is my dream job
