Considering they may need to arrange flights, since transportation is included, I’d imagine it has to be soon.

The one time I won tickets for something (let alone something like this!) and it’s way too short of notice for me to go 😭. If they would’ve sent me it yesterday I would’ve gone.  Oh well, hopefully they let someone else go.
