It honestly sounds like joan jett mixed with weezer's black album or something. I'm not sure i can think of anything worse, at least in the more rock genre

The Grohl Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 I actually really like the song and video. I expected a bit more from the video, but I like the way it translates the message of the song. But as soon as that song came on, I was grooving! Out of all the three we've heard so far, this is the one that clicked with me instantly. Yeah it's different for them, but that's also why I like it. I like that they're doing something new, something they haven't really done before. It keeps things interesting. I'm so ready for FOAM! And if I don't like the rest of the album, hey, there's other great GD stuff to listen to.

From an album rock perspective it doesn't stick out. It seems that GD is ditching album rock right now in their strategy. More of a shortened track list single by single approach. I have a feeling this album may feel more like a 10 track compilation of different singles.
