I've watched both Serie A and EPL. Just cause I'm not agreeing with you doesn't mean I don't know or don't watch. You're bought on popular schools of opinions and thoughts and what makes it more flawed is that they are reactionary. You clearly never even coached the game. You'll see a trend with the winners that they have a unique style of play and go against the grain. 

If I was coaching against you I'd even give you my star players cause it wouldn't matter my system would trap all your players. You wouldn't be able to get the ball in the net. Guaranteed 1 point. 

Fortunately, for you this is a GD forum not some football fanatic forum. But, before we move on I'm still waiting for you to name a hockey player. There's only 23 on each of the 30 teams....

No longer a fan I once was. I just don't have passion for the game anymore. I don't find the statements to be illogical at all they just don't fall into your mainstream train of thought. I don't have to agree with you. You don't have to agree with me. I also didn't bring it up it was the other person trying to argue against me saying that there were many "football warriors". I can guarantee you there's only a small handful of players in the sport actually built to handle the warfare that occurs in a hockey game. I'll give her great credit for bringing Gattuso's name up in that argument. 100% valid that guy was a warhorse. Another that comes to mind is Mascherano. I would throw Zidane in as well and Figo. Sorry I just don't think the English pretty boys make the cut in that argument. 

I leave my final point with stating that international soccer (specifically in Europe) holds the most parity. Look at England's record in the situations that hold parity where oil money isn't involved. My dad's side is English I actually really wish it was different but facts are facts. In EPL they can lean on stranieri. 

I even told you straight up yeah Liverpool was not the most stacked team but they had a small handful of great players that lead them to what they achieved. To say Gerrard put them on his back I would say a little much. Was he a factor in the success? yeah we can agree on that. Still more than what other teams in Serie A have had to lean on for years. Juventus also heavily leaning on stranieri though. I lost my interest in the game when oil money came in and made a difference. It's too big of a contrast from hockey where you have a salary cap that creates parity. 

To get back on topic as suggested by the mod above, what would you guys think the song would sound like if it was made for EPL and not NHL? 😂

So if you took away their top scorer they would still win? Just cause you're a fan doesn't mean you know better. Actually, would mean you're biased and you're seeing it through rose coloured lenses. If Liverpool was so bad what was Gerrard's issue with taking on England's national team as his next backpack? If Pirlo could take on one of the worst Italian national teams to a Euro cup final in his 30's why couldn't Gerrard do it with an eleven man roster of EPL stars? I have the answer but it's more food for thought for you to think of on your own time. 

Either way you've been told to move on from this discussion as we're discussing FRA not EPL. As per my question to stay on topic what would you guys think the song would sound like if it was made for EPL and not NHL? 

Also to continue moving this back on topic if you could change the video to replace the current clips of hockey players with historical moments in hockey which moments would you pick?

Easily the one when Ray Bourque won the Stanley Cup after 22 years of waiting. With his son on the ice with him. What an emotionnal moment.

So in a more moving and not emotionnal kind of historical moment I'll take things like Crosby 1st goal or the electrifying Tyler Johnson playoff goal with 0.1 second left (buzzer beater) against the Habs on game 5.

I have reply to one thing about hockey in the thread. I thought it was okay because FRA is the hockey anthem for 2 years. And it was about the FRA video montage on Wednesday night.

With all due respect the discussion was about the music video. The music video has hockey in it hence the partnership... how is that off topic with FRA if it's literally about the music video? 🤔

I have no idea what he's saying but it helped me get through some voice troubles recently. Really good vocal practice. 

I guess it helped I solved a bit of my tinnitus issue though
