I was shocked to see this announcement. I'm getting married in Vegas on the 20th. I'm going to send Green day an invite! haha

You should go to the show instead. Priorities😂😂

In the Woody interview he said that they were asked back so I guess there were no hard feelings all around

The potentially shorter set times with higher prices of the Hella Mega tour seemed bad at first... But then I spent $107 on a "limited view" seat for a maybe 30 minute set, with a lineup that includes Tim McGraw and kpop... Weezer and FOB are looking Hella Mega fantastic now. The bright side is that it's next week, instead of next year, I guess.😅

Plus parking fees at T-mobile...

Ugh.. Vegas strip traffic is going to be a nightmare that night. Good luck and have fun!

Does anyone know the count down situation.  Maybe they discussed it with iHeart.

I think it's a chance to try out an altered setlist and see what works and what doesn't work.

As far as Billie, I think he's in a good place. I don't know, but who does? He may not even know.

He seems to be in a better place. He is a human being like everyone else we all have our daily battles. And I agree about the set list

I wish they'd play Paper Lanterns or Going to Pasalaqua.. I know there's no chance though.

They played both at the last show I was at. There's always a chance. But yeah, unlikely they'd do that at iheart.

Last time they played there and someone posted the time sheet for the bands if I recall it seemed like GD Usher and others had 40 min sets and the last act had an hour set

I think their 40 minutes was cut to 30 and that’s what set him off (in part). Let’s hope they get a full 40 this time.

After the meltdown, I feel like iHeart has been juuust a bit more generous to the boys, as if they knew what they did. First the album release party, getting best Rock song for Bang Bang at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and now this. I doubt they’ll screw up.

Green Day should bring back up equipment so when they get cut off, they just kick it back on and play waaaaay longer.  Like a 4 hour show with a 4 encore insanity, haha.

I hope that Green Days newfound weirdness makes them want to debut some old songs that never reached the stage! They've played most of their songs at least once but there are some.glaring omittions.

But being serious....anyone else only care about quotes on here?  I see reactions I keep going. Haha

But being serious for real:

Green Day could do a 40-60 minute set with a bunch of hits, a couple new songs and maybe a few fan treats.

- Billie's guitar, 2019.

What Billie should do is play the entire set with Blue.  Blue is the only guitar that is 100% safe around him.

And they are coming back as a Hall of Fame band.  They should get more respect this time.

I’m on the fence about that. Billie claims that their set wasn’t cut, but I have a feeling he just said it just for damage control.

Unlike last time, I'll be sure to watch the livestream! I was clueless last time and didn't even know Green Day were at the damn festival >_<
