Does anyone know the count down situation.  Maybe they discussed it with iHeart.

I think it's a chance to try out an altered setlist and see what works and what doesn't work.

As far as Billie, I think he's in a good place. I don't know, but who does? He may not even know.

I hope he's gonna play Fuck Time and dance with a girl from the crowd.

Information on the livestream and later TV broadcasts here:

https://www.iheart.com/content/2019-09-09-green-day-to-return-to-iheartradio-music-festival-stage-joins-2019-lineup/

“The best part is, even if you can't make it to Las Vegas this year, you'll be able to tune in and watch it all go down live. Fans across the country can tune in and watch an exclusive live stream of the show via The CW App and CWTV.com. Then, on October 2nd and 3rd, relive all of the epic performances from the weekend during a televised special on The CW Network at 8pm ET/PT. And leading up to the official television special, The CW will also air an hour-long Best Of Special on Sunday, September 29th at 8 p.m. ET/PT.”

Anyone know when the schedule comes out so we know when to tun in and watch?

If they give them 1 fucking minute again I say fuck it just play Jesus of Suburbia

Thanks. Not sure if you can tell by this or if the list is even in order but hopefully Green Day won’t be on until at least 9:30 so I can be home that night to watch it (I got a thing to go to)

6:30 is pacific time. based on where they are in the list & flyer location, they are a few acts in on Friday night

So to watch the whole show the first time around, we have to tune into the CW’s website?

Ho! Geez! Billie has guts to accept to go back there. The medias will surely talk a lot about this return to the festival.

That might be part of the plan

Yup. The one on that is aired on TV is cut down to be around 2hrs long with commercial breaks for each day.

Oh so that’s 9:30 ET doors opening.  So for the east coast, they may not come on until like 2 am

I'll try to keep a look out for set times if it's published and post it here.

Sober Billie would’ve just done the correct time and finished up on time as GD has done festivals and such before with no issues

I find it funny that there are some GD fans who actually liked their iHeartRadio set in 2012, but when they hear this they go “Oh fuck, no!”

I was shocked to see this announcement. I'm getting married in Vegas on the 20th. I'm going to send Green day an invite! haha

yeah and if they were screwed over he'd bring it up later in an interview or criticize it in a general way that doesn't point the finger at iheart festival or clear channel

if it was me I would have just played Jesus of Suburbia
