Damn, I had downloaded an HD video of the whole set, but now that I'm finally getting a chance to watch it, it's all laggy. :( All the good quality HD videos that were on YouTube are gone now... 😞 There's one still up with good video, but the audio is crap.

Edit: I guess it was just laggy because I was jumping around a lot getting all the timestamps for the songs and my QuickTime Player just couldn't handle it! 😅 I reopened it to actually watch it and and it's fine now.

There's a good quality version in the download section.

Otherwise is a .ts file and I don't know if it's compatible with Quick Time.

If you've a Windows PC I suggest you to use VLC media player, it opens almost every video/audio formats

Ok, I just didn't know anything about Quick Time.

So, if you don't mind,m downloading 2GB, you can check out the file in the download section (if you haven't already)

I'll try this thanks. Was also getting frustrated with you tube taking down the footage.

Between the iHeart performance, the Whiskey, and Kimmel this is the best I've heard Billie sing since 21st Century Breakdown era. Father Of All is absolutely killer live. These performances have me extremely excited for this era now.

I agree with this 100%

With the trilogy there was a lot of distraction and other health related things being taken care of rather than playing

I think with Rev Rad they were just getting back to it and they haven't really stopped since. Definitely the best his voice has sounded in 10 years.

It's so frustating but there's nothing we can do.

We are so lucky to have  all footage here, so it can be downloaded

Don't in the slightest suppose so, but any chance that this version might have re-mixed audio?

It would’ve been much better if they showed more from the first night rather than mixing both nights into one broadcast..

It airs tomorrow night too so maybe they have a mix of all performers on both nights?

Maybe. I guess i’m just bitter because I see everyone in the crowd standing for shitty acts.

It’s a shitty festival so there you go 😜

It seems like a lot of the promotion they are doing is aimed at reaching beyond their own audience to those who maybe haven’t been paying attention to them in years. IHeart, the Hella Mega triple bill and NHL deal will all bring their music to the masses. So that seems to be the strategy, as opposed to RevRad where it all seemed to be directed to their own fans.

I know, but you know that as fans, we watch even the shittiest of programs if it means we get to see the boys. :P

As far as I can tell, the audio does seem re-mixed.

Felt the need the respond.

Also, to the other person that responded, best not tell Green Day fans that “They look so old”. They’ll fucking maul you.

They played for iHeart at the beginning of the RevRad tour.  What's the difference?

That said, I enjoyed reading through this thread.

That was iHeart but not the same event (just a Green Day show in an iHeart venue). This was them returning to the iHeart Festival.

Yeah, I only have access to the online re-play, which only has BOBD (I think), but GOOD NEWS: that really sounds different and a lot better now. Appears to have been both re-mixed and properly panned. Still a little muddy maybe, but certainly a lot better than before! The censoring is annoying af though.

EDIT: No, also FOAM. OMG, sounds AMAZING!!! Best live recording of that song to date!

Decided to upload both BOBD and FOAM to YouTube. Holy shit, as always amazing to see what a good (or better) mix and master can do! :runaround:

THIS is the kind of stuff (pro-shot videos from their gigs) that I've been wanting the guys to upload to their official channel FOR YEARS. It's just sooo easy for them to do, yet so awesome!
